Life is bustling in the kitchen and living room! The south-facing rooms offer plenty of space for unforgettable family time. In the kitchen, a large dining table invites you to eat, play, and spend time together. The living room is cozy and inviting! Both rooms provide access to the sunny terrace with a seating area and barbecue.

A double vanity, bathtub, walk-in shower, and underfloor heating make the bathroom a haven of relaxation. An infrared sauna is the highlight here. From the box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) in the master bedroom, you have a unique view of nature. The open wardrobe and a chest of drawers offer ample storage space. A smart TV and a small desk are complemented by a fixed crib and a changing table in the baby area of the room.

The children's/teenager's room is furnished with a 140 x 200 cm bed and a bunk bed (90 x 200 cm) above it. A spacious desk provides plenty of room for playing and being creative. The wardrobe offers plenty of storage space.

To ensure no one has to leave their floor at night, there is a toilet with a sink on the upper floor.

The stairs to the upper floor are equipped with a safety gate and childproofing.

A spacious, open garden with play equipment and a sandbox invites you to spend plenty of time outdoors.

There is a covered area for bicycles.

Each apartment has its own parking space with a wallbox (for a fee) directly at the building.
