Pier Park Best Beachfront Condominium! Directly on gulf. Unit on 5th Floor!

You will love this spectacular, Gulf-Front, one bedroom condo on the fifth floor offering beautiful views of the beach! This unit has upgraded tile floors, fixtures, granite countertops throughout, nine foot ceilings, not to mention the 55 inch Flat Screen HD television! This is the perfect getaway for a couple or small family. When you book reservation make sure you put the correct number of guest in unit. Max in unit is 4 people. The unit does not have a phone. You would need to bring your own cell phone.

Perfectly located across the street from Pier Park which offers restaurants and shopping. The parking garage is very convenient with an air conditioned walkway to the condominium. The two pools are so attractive with beautiful tropical landscaping.

Two bunk beds in hall. One person to each bunk bed.
2 bathrooms.

You will find the Calypso Cafe with a sports bar across the street with many other restaurants close by.

No smoking, no pets, no students or singles under 30 unless accompanied by adult guardian or parent. (Exceptions to this rule, please email for more information.) Air mattress is available in unit. Check In is around 2:00. Check Out is 10:00 a.m.

This condo has a great location within walking distance to anything you would need. It has great views of the ocean for sunrise and sunset!! Pool and outdoor firepits were great as well!
