The chalet is cozy and well furnished and has a living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms with a double bed and a separate bathroom. A carport is available. The balcony or terrace offers a wonderful view over the adjacent ski slope.

Due to its central location, Maria Alm is an ideal starting point for many day trips to Salzburg or Zell am See, Schloss Ritzen, the Kaprunner Stausee, the Großglockner, Burg Hohen Werfen and the Eisriesenwelt. Whether you like skiing or snowboarding, there are numerous slopes and modern ski lifts in Maria Alm. There are also many cross-country skiing, skating and hiking opportunities in the winter so that everyone can spend their winter holiday as they wish.
