New Year's in Punta Mita

We had a great week staying at El Encanto. Juan Carlos was an excellent concierge and the daily housekeeping and breakfasts were such a treat. The home was spacious and clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

Our stay in Punta Mita at our El Encanto condo was absolute perfection. The condo itself was absolutely gorgeous. Very clean, very spacious, very comfortable and the views were incredible. We had the absolute best time and are already counting down the days until our next visit.

Fabulous condo

Our family of five (mom, dad and three teenagers) had a great week at this condo in el encanto. The views from the deck are incredible, even better than in the pictures. Alan, our concierge, took care of everything for us, including dinner reservations, a private chef and breakfast prep. Can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful property. Clean. Excellent views. Tremendous service from concierge with quick responses on anything we needed. We used all of the beach clubs and having the premier access was great. Overall a perfect week.

El Encanto Condo

Pros:Very nice condo with great viewsManager/Concierge was very niceCons:Cook (who was also the housekeeper) did not speak any English which made it very frustrating and not very relaxing as we had to use google translator. She seemed surprised and annoyed that none of us spoke English. She pre cooked everything and didnt serve it until everything was done so omelettes, pancakes etc were cold.When they pre-stocked our groceries items were missing so that she couldn't make what we ordered each day AND they over bought things and bought things we didn't order.Lastly, I didn't read the fine print that everything needed to be paid in cash (my fault) so that became a pain because there is only one ATM inside the gates of Punta Mita and it was broken. I had many friends staying in El Encanto and none of them were required to pay in cash. Hmmmm...not sure why?Chef dinner was a planned menu with pricing however at least three items from menu were missing. I don't think this is the fault of ownership/management but it was frustrating. The chef did reimburse us for 100USD.

Wonderful family trip!

We really enjoyed Punta Mita and the condo was perfect for our family of 5. It's well maintained, spotless (I'm very particular about cleanliness!), and has plenty of outdoor space with lovely views from all sides. Also, the beds were extremely comfortable. Our concierge was very responsive once we arrived although we did have a little trouble getting a hold of them beforehand. That said, it all worked out great! We would definitely rent here again!

Fun times despite property issues!

My husband and I, along with our 3 teen daughters, spent a week at this property. The positives: the views were spectacular, the units’ spaces were perfect for our family, everything was provided that we could need for the week. The negative: poor communication with concierge company in advance of stay, multiple annoying unit maintainable problems including elevator issues, pool issues, refrigerator issues, a leak from our unit to below, and a few misrepresentations listed on Vrbo. While the concierge did not reimburse nights’ stays, they did offer an activity for 3 of us, and a dinner on them. It was hardly enough for peak season prices but I guess it was their attempt.

We understand how unpleasant it was to have the elevator issues that week, especially with your husband's knee problem and that is why the maintenance team fixed that right away. We had never had this problem before so we will make sure it will not happen again. As well as the pool and the refrigerator have been solved immediately and permanently. Please note that in VRBO listings it is important to click on each amenity to get further information avoiding any misunderstanding. We really try to make up for you within our possibilities by paying for your tours and hiring a private chef but we understand your disappointment; please understand that we could not provide a full refund for this stay as requested. We recommend you to check out the rates for May or the rest of the summer, they are more accessible; the weather in May is warm but still very comfortable because of the breeze. Best Regards

Beautiful Home, Incredible Views!

We have stayed at El Encanto several times but the first time in this location. The top floor has incredible views of the ocean and golf course from every room. Furnishings are beautiful. The Pools are larger on the bottom floor (which we rented previously) but the dipping pool at this location was the perfect size for our group. Concierge was very responsive to an issue with the pool maintenance. Would stay here again.
