Ski Resort Access: Located at the base of Peak 7, this condo offers ski-in/ski-out access for intermediate and advanced skiers (Peak 7 has no beginner terrain). Beginners can take the free gondola to Peak 8 for beginner terrain. The gondola also provides easy access to Main Street, One Ski Hill Place, shops, restaurants, and the Breck Transit Station.
Kitchen & Dining: The open kitchen features granite countertops, a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven with 4-eye electric stovetop, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. A 4-person breakfast bar connects to the living area, and a 6-person dining table offers the perfect spot to enjoy dinner with mountain views. • A traditional drip coffee maker is provided
Living Room: Relax in the living area with a large leather sleeper sofa, plush seating, gas fireplace, flatscreen TV, and DVD player. Sliding doors lead to the balcony, where you can enjoy panoramic views of Mount Baldy and the Continental Divide.
Bedding Configuration: 2 Bed, 2 Bath - • Primary Bedroom & Bathroom: Queen bed, 4-drawer dresser, flatscreen TV, and ensuite bath. The ensuite bath includes a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and his and her sinks. • Second Bedroom & Bathroom: Queen bed, 4-drawer dresser, flatscreen TV, closet, and ensuite bath. Communal Amenities: You'll have access to a variety of on-site and nearby resort amenities. Enjoy the steam room, fully equipped gym, and billiards table, or relax outdoors in the 20-person and 8-person hot tubs. Just one gondola stop away at One Ski Hill Place, take advantage of the indoor heated pool, hot tub, a Finnish sauna, and a two-lane bowling alley (by reservation only). Two gas grills are also available for outdoor barbecues, ensuring plenty of options for relaxation and entertainment.

Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.
4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.

Nice unit. Really appreciated the promptness of the maintenance staff when one of the windows malfunctioned and was about to fall out. The beds are quite small and mattresses not too comfortable, but the location of the unit is nice.

We normally stay off main and have a blast there, but this time we opted for something new and loved the quick/easy access to the gondola. We bowled, swam, etc one stop up at One Ski Hill and then took the gondola to town for all of our shopping and eating. The unit itself was fun and we mostly used it for sleeping and eating breakfast. Absolutely fun and will be back!

We really enjoyed this unit. Property management company was great to work with. Very nicely furnished unit with everyone you will need. Gondola is right outside of the lodge so it’s quick access to downtown and one ski hill place. Would definitely recommend!
Booked this condo last minute to attend a snowboard comp for my kid. The condo itself was great. Other reviewers complained about the gondola noise, no issues at all for us. I was disappointed in the parking in that you couldn't park there for the full day if you weren't staying multiple days. Otherwise, it was good value for the $$.

We loved our stay here. The condo was beautiful and well stocked. We had an issue with check in since our instructions told us to go one place to pick up our key but there was no key there. When we called the emergency line, we were told someone would call us back. They never did until the next day. I decided to drive to the condo after calling the emergency line and check the lock boxes on my own where I found my key. Other than the lack of communication about check in, everything else was great! It was a great location to the gondola, a short drive from town, and beautiful views!

As close to the gondola as you can get. Alpine Edge who manages the rental is very responsive to issues. The unit was well stocked and clean. The fireplace was very nice. The underground parking is great. The partnership with other properties allow you to swim and even bowl on a two lane alley. Improvements suggested are for the TV in Living room to be a bit bigger and AV cables organized and hidden better, to repair the dryer which was not drying properly, repair window screens bent (on order). All of these minor and did mostly did not impact the quality of our stay. We would return. This was our third stay at Crystal Peak (all different units)
15 ft from gondola station, noisy all day , began at 6:15 AM, no response to housekeeping request , book with numbers not accurate (called for O2 6 times, no response)
Sheets yellowed and gross, kitchen poorly stocked, general cleanliness poor, furniture worn and dirty....pretty view if you look past the gondola poles. Will not book again.

Ellen, we try to be as transparent as possible on how close we are located to the gondola, including multiple pictures in our listing. We don't have record of a housekeeping request, so we are assuming you put the request in with the Lodge/Resort. While we don't affiliate with the Lodge/Resort's cleaning company, so we don't get that communication, we would have loved to help you with housekeeping issues had we been given the chance. Our sheets are constantly switched out when they are worn. We truly apologize your experience wasn't up to your expectations.
We had a great stay! Even though it’s a bit outside of Main St, be sure to download the shuttle app and use the Breck Connect, when open. Weather shut down the Breck Connect a lot but the shuttle was able to take care of our needs. The place was great, amazing views, and everything you could need. Fresh air through the windows was great. In summer, beware that the Breck Connect does make a decent amount of noise so windows open, you’ll have some noise. The Gonfola tends to hum late into the night, so sleeping with the windows open might not be ideal for you, but the place cools down well during the day that closing the windows to your room at night is not bad. Furniture is all cozy and we relaxed very well there. The pools located at the building are great for relaxing and if you need more space for the kids, the pools at peak 8 are there. Covered parking was amazing and easy to access. Really enjoyed that. Again, can’t go wrong with staying here. Very cozy, and welcoming place.

The property was in a great location however it was not clean. There were crumbs all over the floor in kitchen, there were dead moths on the mantel, it didn't look like the management company properly cleaned the place before we rented. The rental company was unreachable via phone numbers they supplied and took over 24 hrs to repsond to emails. We actually left a day early......very disappointed in the management of this property. Great town to visit just know more about who is managing the properties you want to rent. I would not rent from aepropertymanagement again!

Upon reading your 6 emails sent in under 2 hours, we immediately sent our cleaning staff over to remediate the issue, and answered your emails. We also left a voicemail trying to connect with you, to which you did not return. Lastly, when any cleaning issue arises, there are several cleaning supplies, along with a vacuum in the kitchen pantry for your use. We are so sorry that you did not choose to call our emergency line to give us a chance to fix the problem immediately. Cleanliness and positive guest experience are of the highest importance to our company. Thank you for bringing your dissatisfaction to our attention, so that we can reprimand the appropriate parties, and ensure this doesn't happen for any future guests!

The accommodations were unsatisfactory and not what was outlined. The property had the following issues:
Both toilets are very slow to fill and don’t flush properly.
Sliding glass door has a ripped screen.
Windows have missing cranks in the dining room and front bedroom.
Window screens are severely bent in the dining room and front bedroom.
Toaster knob is missing.
Tea kettle is missing the whistle cap.
Master shower floor grout is in disrepair along the wall.
Stain on ceiling in kitchen.
Stain on ceiling in front bedroom.
Crack in ceiling in living room.
Several areas that have paint missing on walls throughout the unit that require repainting.
We contacted the office immediately upon arrival regarding the 2 poorly functioning toilets and the missing window cranks/broken screens. A maintenance worker named Colton was dispatched, no repairs were made. Worker stated they would return the next day, did not return and no one called during our entire stay to follow up.
In addition, the outdoor fire pit, fireplace by the hot tub and the indoor fireplace in the game room were non functional. Despite contacting customer service the amenities were never available/turned on. Our experience was disappointing and we would not recommend this property.
The key is left in a lock box tied to a railing outside, which is fine, if Alpine Edge provide the correct code in the check in materials they sent. After spending 45 minutes trying to open the lock box using the code sent on a snowy night, and the Crystal Peak front desk person trying numerous times despite it not being her job, I called the Alpine Edge 15 times over the next 40 minutes before getting a call from Corey where he said "they (meaning Alpine Edge) change the code sometimes and he proceeded to give me the correct code without any difficulty -- wasting an hour and a half after a long trip. The unit was dirty, not vacuumed (at least well), with pretzel pieces and other visible crap on the carpet and bare floors throughout(took over a dozen pictures of visible crap on the floors). As numerous people had complained, the door to the bathroom in the second bedroom was still broken. Also as numerous others had complained, the temperature in the unit is broken and does not regulate -- getting to over 82 degrees in both bedrooms. Consistent with Alpine Edge's incompetence as property managers, when another renter noted the problem with the temperature, they falsely claimed it was a building issue, when in fact the unit is heated by floorboard heating tied to the temperature gauges in the unit. The beds in both bedrooms are falsely advertised as queen beds, when they are only full sized, and they are terrible quality -- the worst of any of my numerous VRBO rentals. If you're able to get to sleep on the crappy quality mattresses, the gondola starts at 6:15, and unless you are a very heavy sleeper, expect to be up. I've stayed at Crystal Peak a number of times because it's very well located by the lift, and all of the other units I've rented were properly cleaned with far more comfortable furniture. Crystal Peak is perfectly fine, but if you value your time and want to deal with competent property managers -- don''t rent from Alpine Edge because the people who run it are too lazy to fix problems long identified in comments, to ensure that the unit is cleaned properly, and knowingly continue to falsely advertise the unit

We've come up with a more efficient security system to communicate with guests when a lockbox code is changed, so this information is updated and distributed automatically now. I'm sorry that our housekeepers left some items behind. I agree that is not acceptable, and again, an opportunity. I'm sure that if this had been brought to our attention during your stay, they would have come in while you were skiing to offer a full clean to make sure it was comfortable for you.
