A charming and characterful four-bedroom apartment in central Edinburgh, just a short walk from the Royal Mile, Old Town, the University and the Meadows.

The apartment combines traditional Edinburgh features with stylish modern interiors, including high ceilings, tall sash windows, original architectural details and excellent natural light throughout.

There are four comfortable bedrooms, including two with king-size beds and two with double beds, making the apartment ideal for families or groups travelling together.

The bright living room is one of the highlights of the apartment, with its curved layout, large window, comfortable seating and large TV — a great place to relax after a day exploring the city.

The apartment also has a large, bright and well-equipped kitchen with plenty of space for cooking and dining. There are two bathrooms: a main bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower room, making the apartment especially convenient for larger groups.

This place was great for pretty much everything Edinburgh has to offer. This town is a good walk to anywhere and the location suits this 100%. The Pear Tree is adjacent to the property and is a great venue for sports enthusiasts. The flat it self was top notch in all aspects, with little touches, such as all sizes of crocs to shuffle around in - to - a supplied kitchen with more than just the basics.The host was responsive and helpful whenever needed.10/10

The apartment is lovely with modern tasteful furnishings and all the necessary appliances to make the stay comfortable and easy. The apartment has lots of light and is spotlessly clean. It is very centrally located and as we were visiting to attend the Edinburgh festival, we were able to walk to the key areas in less than 10 mins. It is perfect for families, offering lots of space to relax and a spacious kitchen for food preparation and dining. It has one bathroom with a shower and a separate bathroom with bath only. There are nearby shops and restaurants underneath the apartment. Overall fully recommended.
