The Palms is a stunning Mediterranean style property that is incredibly maintained and the landscaping makes you feel like you are in a five star resort that the Lanais overlook. We love being able to run out our front door and along the beaches only 7 mins away! The Sunsets are the best on the Island as the picture is framed with Palms trees and the sun sets longer over Lanai and throws the clouds with all shades of colors. We take our lawn chairs and sun downers and sit every night on the lawn to catch these.

Lock All Windows and Doors and secure the windows in the kitchen. Close blinds or curtains
All lights turned off
AC to be turned off in the Master Bedroom
All Trash to be put in large Trash Dumpster located across from the unit behind the fence.
Please run all dishes in the dishwasher prior to leaving.
Please leave condo mostly picked up
Please run a load of laundry as you leave
All Beach Towels to be washed and folded and place in linen closet. Please fold in
thirds if possible
Wash any snorkel gear and return to the closet
