Any items accidentally left will be sent back for a $20 handling fee plus shipping.
NO smoking of any type is allowed. If this rule is not followed, you will be accessed a $500 cleaning fee.

Linny's cottage was in a great location, was a great price and was clean and well cared for. Our only suprise was that there were window AC units instead of central air, but that didn't matter because they still kept the cottage comfortable for our stay. We would definitly stay here again if we were in the area.

This little cottage in a quiet corner of Southwick, Massachusetts is an absolute gem. Its lake views and proximity to the water, along with its easy access to dining and local activities, makes it ideal for a relaxing getaway. Most especially, super host Linny is fantastic. Her friendly, welcoming, and easy communication style made check-in and check-out stress free. The cottage itself was immaculate, comfortable, and felt like home. Her personal touches of decor and the amenities offered made our stay a joy. My wife and I highly recommend Linny's Lakeside Cottage to anyone looking for a clean, restful, and relaxing getaway. We will definitely be back soon.

Relaxing long weekend

Process was easy, house is very well equipped, you really don't need to bring anything. The neighborhood is quiet and there is good food, groceries and activities all very close by.
