On a quiet cul-de-sac, surrounded by forest and wildlife, lies this newly renovated cottage where you can enjoy authentic archipelago life. Here you will be awakened by birdsong and may be visited by deer, foxes, and moose on the property.



The open and airy house is thoughtfully designed to create a pleasant atmosphere. The newly renovated interior gives a fresh and modern feel, while preserving the cottage's natural charm.



The natural plot offers both rocky areas and lawns for playing and games. The spacious terrace, which is bathed in sunshine from morning to evening, has comfortable outdoor furniture, an inviting hammock, and an open fireplace for cozy evenings outdoors.



The child-friendly Håknäsbadet beach is just a stone's throw away, with a beach, jetty, and playground. From Håknäs jetty, you can take the Waxholmsbåten boat out into the archipelago or to charming Norrtälje. For nature lovers, Vätö main island offers fantastic hiking trails with breathtaking views of the archipelago.
