Come enjoy a mountain retreat at “Aerie in Vail”!
Great views of Vail Mountain. Great location. Comfortable condo.

You will be vacationing in a cozy warmly decorated 1 bedroom, 1 bath condominium in the Homestake Condominiums in Vail. It is south facing for plenty of sun and views of the village and the slopes. It is a lofted 1 bedroom featuring quality queen bed upstairs and pull-out couch downstairs.

Imagine this: You don’t even need to take your head off your pillow in the morning to check out the slopes. Just open the electric window blinds from your bed and take in the day’s view!

You can put your feet up and enjoy the wood-burning fireplace and flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi. The kitchen includes granite counter tops, custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and and is fully stocked with all the basics if you chose to eat in. Counter seating for 4. There is also an outdoor deck with gas grill and two comfy chairs for enjoying an après ski view of Vail Mountain and surrounding valley. The bathroom features a heated towel rack and Kohler jetted tub for added après ski relaxation.

Free Parking for two cars in front of building.

This quiet condo is just steps away from the free Ski Shuttle to Lions Head pedestrian bridge (5 min) and Vail Village (9 min). Village restaurants, bars and shops are all right there!

Vail is the premier ski area in Colorado and you will be in the Town of Vail on the north side of the valley. Many condos are down or up valley requiring a snowy drive to the ski mountain and pricey parking ($30+/day while you ski). Quick free Vail shuttle access to ski mountain and village is a real treat. Or it’s just a 5 minute drive to Vail Village or Lionshead parking garages.

This condo was designed as my personal retreat and is freshly remodeled with quality throughout.

Our stay was great. The host accommodated all our requests and was extremely flexible. The place was right no the shuttle line so we didn't need to drive anywhere once we arrived. Highly recommend staying here.

Julie was fabulous as was her place. The bed was extremely comfortable, bathroom with floor heater and heated towel rack was lovely and the wood burning fireplace with gorgeous view of the slopes was so cozy.

Solid condo close to Lions Head

Loved this light filled condo near Vail Village and Lions Head. All the necessities were present including a comfy bed, great porch area and updated kitchen//bath. Would go back anytime!

A great place to stay for 2-4 people.

The place is clean and provides nice amenities. I would not recommend for more than 4 people The place is very close to the Vail village bus stop and 5 mins by car. We got all questions answered promptly - overall very happy with the place!

Great cozy place to stay in Vail, nicely updated with a host who thinks of everything. Easily accessible to convenient shuttle to lifts, with some hiking up stairs. We’d definitely return!

Great Place Right Across 70 From Lionshead

Super clean, great owner/management, and fairly priced. Shuttle right down stairs that comes every 20minutes and takes you to all the big Vail spots. Would definitely rent again.

Great Location

Perfect place for 1 or 2 people stay. Absolutely excellent location. Just a quick trot to the bus stop and in less than 10 minutes you'll be in the Village! Clean and cozy. Also had a very sweet hospitality basket waiting for us when we arrived. Would happily stay again.

Amazing Stay…..

We came in for 4 nights Valentines Day week from Florida and could not be happier. I read the previous reviews and knew this was the place for my wife and I. Could not be more impressed with Julie on communication and her beautiful place. Everything is as advertised and at a great location. We were close to everything and exceeded all expectations. Absolutely would book again if I’m back in Vail.

Ski Retreat

Our family went to Vail to ski. This place was in good location - near many restaurants, a couple grocery stores and of course the slopes. Public transportation was available. The condo was nicely furnished and the kitchen well stocked with utensils, cookware and even basics like coffee & salt. Lovely welcome basket was a treat!

Perfect Ski Weekend in Vail

We had the BEST time staying at Julie's place in Vail. It was so comfortable, clean, and perfect for a couple for the weekend (though we would come back with a friend or two)! The location is incredible - it was just steps away from a super convenient and free bus stop, which takes you directly to Vail Village for access to skiing, shopping, and dining in minutes. Julie was so kind and thoughtful throughout our stay, and while we didn't end up needing anything, she was readily available. We'll definitely be back!

Great location on bus route to ski hill

Very nice property. Clean, quiet, great view. Lovely host. A good commumicator who remembered my birthday. Nice welcome gifts. You do need to carry your luggage up 2 flights of stairs, but the elevation gives you the sunny south facing views.

The unit is full of amenities! Cookware, glasses etc. Heated towel rack, heated barhroom floor. Full cable and a comfortable bed. The location is great as you are 200 yards to the bus and 5 minutes to Lionshead. Owner was great in communication.

Well appointed condo!

This wonderful condo is well depicted in the pictures, but probably understates how nice the property is. The condo appears to have been recently updated with all of the amenities you would expect and more (including bath towel warmer). The owner was very responsive to a couple of questions I had on check in. I would definitely re-book this property again. And the views are amazing!

Beautiful condo, balcony, excellent views of Vail and surrounding mountains. fun to watch the snowcats after dark. quiet neighborhood and 5 minute walk to vails free 15 minute shuttle to gondola one. washer dryer, full kitchen and wifi. Owner very helpful and professional. will rent again.

Great home base!

This condo was a great place to have as a homebase for our week in Vail. Julie was very communicative, touching base before we arrived and as needed throughout the stay. There was also a binder with lots of helpful information! The condo was cozy and well equipped, we enjoyed getting greeted by a welcome basket! The bus stop was fairly close to the condo, but did require a steep hike back up to the condo. The bus system was great and very easy to utilize. Great stay!
