Absolutely stunning Canal front home just 3 blocks from Time Square awaits your pleasure. A 5-minute walk to the beach. No reason to get in your car after you arrive with over 20 restaurants/bars within a 1/3 mile walk. Total renovation including new kitchens, baths, lighting, decor, and furniture. This upstairs unit features a large open concept living space with an ultra-modern kitchen, counter height dining, and a huge wall of sliders that open up to the deck in a screened enclosure. Deepwater views abound and you can enjoy your meals at the outdoor table. The Master bedroom has an king bed and ensuite bath, a second bedroom with two Queen beds plus a queen sofa sleeper in the Living Room sectional provide sleeping for 8. There is a large guest bath on this floor as well as a washer and dryer.

Large pool and spa right on the canal. The spa is raised so sitting in it you look right down the canal to the bay. So beautiful at night looking at the lights of the bay. You may rent or bring a boat to the dock.

There is a one-bedroom apartment below as a separate rental #1226700 which shares the pool.

This house is set up for everyone to enjoy.

Family-friendly - Great for family get-togethers with pool/spa plus a dock for fishing.

There are numerous bars/restaurants within 1/2 mile.

We ONLY allow the ppl per the reservation to stay at this unit and only the guests may use the pool. This is NOT a party house. I will not allow friends and family to show up and use the house and the pool unless approved. So if that is your intention, you will be asked to leave without a refund. I'm sorry I have to post this but due to recent situations like this, I have to post this. It's not fair to the tenants below nor fair to my house to overload it. I will be getting front and back cameras. Unfortunately, it has come to this because of numerous situations of open invites and an overload of unregistered guests.

No groups of people under 30 yo will be allowed to rent this unit with only a few exceptions.

To see the area, PLEASE CHECK OUT the last picture which is a video from a drone. It will show you the location of the house, the street and the Gulf of Mexico.

My property manager, if available, does airport pickups and drop-offs to/from RSW and he will make a stop on the way in for groceries/liquor at the Super Walmart if needed. It is $50 for up to 4ppl and $10 per person thereafter.

Beautiful rental

We loved our stay here. The host thought of everything! House was clean and fully stocked. Pool was great! Location was perfect! In walking distance to everything. We did not need a car. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Getaway Spot

This property was perfect for our annual mid-winter getaway from the cold of Boston. Location, amenities, cleanliness, all top notch. Super nice having the option of a quick walk down the street to gorgeous Ft Myers Beach or just lounging by the pool and spa in the back. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Quick getaway

We had a wonderful time staying here! Maria and Tina were very accommodating and kind!!! We had visited the FMB area in December 2021 before Ian tore through this beautiful area, and it was eye opening to still witness the remnants of it during our stay. Nonetheless it was wonderful to see a great community getting back on its feet, surrounded by beautiful beaches, live music and delicious restaurants. We will definitely return and we highly recommend staying here!!

VACATION

This property was so well equipped with all the essentials that we needed - more so than any that we have stayed at on the beach. So welcoming with a snack bar which was amazing. There was all the supplies for going to the beach - wagon, chairs, towels, sunscreen, sunglasses, cooler. The pool and hot tub was amazing. Spoke and met with Maria couple times - very pleasant and down to earth girl. Location was awesome - walking distance to restaurants and down town. Will definitely keep this in my books.

Great location and property!

My husband and I stayed here and love the home. The space was exactly as pictures showed and was in such a great location. The beach is just down the block and is an easy walk and very convenient to all restaurant and shops. The house had everything we needed and was so nice to relax in the hot tub at night. Maria was very responsive and her communication made for a great trip. Would highly recommend this house and host!

Highly recommend! Great location and pool was amazing!

First impression what a clean house! Rooms were much larger than expected. Everything you need for the stay was there. Kitchen fully stocked with pans, dishes and cups needed. And the pool and hot tub was amazing! My son was able to fish on the dock and we had the awesome pool to cool off! Walked a few blocks to the beach. Short walk to margaritaville and Yucatan for dinner! Highly recommend will be back!

Very clean. Nice location. Tricky back door to lock but property manager very quick to respond. The only thing is that the bottom unit was rented so pool area was shared. And we knew that… so not owner’s issue.

Paradise Found!!!

My family and I stay in N Fort Myers Beach at least once a year, for years now. This is the very BEST home and HOST we have ever used!!! Maria (home owner) was PHENOMENAL!!!!! She has everything you could possibly need for your vacation covered. She even has a small section of her counter space for left over items from previous tenants like snacks, K cups of coffee and drinks. What a great idea! The pool and dock area are perfect for unwinding or hanging out. If you are looking at this house, book it, you will not regret it!

Great family time.

Maria was great. She made sure we had everything we needed. The house was beautiful and we loved the pool and hot tub. We rented a boat one day, it was so nice being able to dock it at the house. We where there on the 4 of July and enjoyed watching the fireworks from the pool. It was an easy walk to all of the beach, shops and restaurant. We would definitely stay at this house again

Sr. Graduation trip

We had three generations with us and we found something for everyone! Maria and her team were absolutely over the top helpful on our first day!!! We love the area....walking distance from beach was perfect. If you don't like sharing the pool or sitting on the back deck with others, you might want to look for another location. It wasn't a bother for us.

Long weekend getaway!

My stay was perfect! You can not beat the location as it is perfect walking distance to everything! Only time we needed to hire a ride was to and from the airport (which Dave is amazing and I’d highly recommend using him to take you to and from!) This house also has everything you can possibly think of that you’d need! I have rented a lot of houses before and none compare to what they include with this house. You will have everything you need from coolers, beach chairs and so forth! On top of that, Maria is the sweetest and she is always on top of things if you do ever need anything or have any issues :) I will definitely be booking here again!

Amazing stay and beautiful views!

I recently returned from a 3 night girls getaway to Maria's beautiful property. It was perfect and we honestly could not have asked for a better accommodation. The pool and hot tub overlooking the canal was stunning and the perfect oasis. When it stormed, we enjoyed coffee on the enclosed porch and it was still perfection. The house was spacious, clean and had every cooking gadget we needed. I highly, highly recommend! Since we visited during the red tide, we spent most days at the pool but did venture to the beach for a bit. There was plenty to do with delicious restaurants, walks, and of course, the pool. Maria is a fantastic host and even visited us to make sure everything was great!

Great Location to Everthing!

This house was the best for our family of 5 plus grandma. first off, the location was great. The beach was about 2 blocks right off a beach access. Since the hurricane the town is building on this end first looked like. SO perfect for us. Food and store were close. The house had all you needed to get through the week. They had all the water toys, wagon, umbrellas and chairs. It all worked! We loved having the pool and hot tub for anytime. We did have to call Maria for our neighbor's noise. She was on it like a hawk. Which we thought was an excellent response. No trouble at all. Maria's house will also be our list when we return to FMB! Thank you for all you did to make our stay wonderful!

Great find, walk to everything!

We very much enjoyed this home. Very clean on arrival. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook each day. Comfortable beds, modern bathrooms with great showers, and large televisions with cable and Netflix. We enjoyed movie nights while we soothed our sunburn. My husband and I spent each morning drinking coffee on the screened porch; the view on the canal each morning was beautiful. We spent many hours in the pool and spa and even saw dolphins swim down the canal one afternoon. The location of the property is perfect, walking distance to great restaurants and the beach yet tucked away from the noise and traffic of the main drag. Maria has done a very nice job filling the home with everything you might need to go to the beach (toys, chairs, umbrella, cooler) or stay by the pool (games, pool toys, and even fishing poles). Though we didn’t meet Maria, our neighbors in the lower unit said she stopped by to say hello and she was very responsive to email. We didn’t mind sharing the outdoor space with the lower unit and enjoyed visiting with the guests downstairs. Would absolutely stay here again! Thank you Maria!

Awesome getaway house! Everything super clean and nice. Beach was walking distance as well a lot of shopping and eating places. Will definitely rent here again. My whole family enjoy this place. Oh ya the pool was super nice.

Amazing stay

From the beginning it was a very smooth and easy process. The pictures do not do the place justice! You are a walk away from everything. If you are ever planning on going to fort Myers beach I would definitely check this place out!

We loved staying here! Just a few blocks from Times Square and a super short walk to the beach. At the end of the day the pool and hot tub were awesome. Close to everything but quiet and relaxing at the same time. Would love to come back again

Great spot and home

My family of 6 truly enjoyed our stay. Great location as beach access is walkable but was really nice to be right on the canal too. Plus driving to Sanibel was really easy. Owner and property manager were very accommodating and even brought in groceries we had delivered ahead of our stay. If a question came up they were quick to respond via text or email. The home looks newly renovated and the pool was a great place to start the morning or end the day. Would come back if we can!

Beautiful view.

Renting and communication was good. House was clean and well stocked kitchen. First downstairs neighbor let the kids eat and get rowdy in the pool so only downfall is having a shared house.

Why they chose this property

I am located in the best location of the beach if you want to walk to everything. There are over 20 restaurants and bars within a 10 or 15-minute walk.

The beach is about 5 minutes and there are parasailing and jet ski rentals available there. There is a 7/11 right around the corner.

I include chairs for the beach, beach towels, coolers, beach wagons children's beach toys. There is a pier about 10 minutes walking distance and of course, you can fish on the dock. You can rent a boat across the bay and keep it on the dock for days until you are done with it.

There is a water purification system throughout so you can drink the tap water. There is a reverse osmosis water spigot. The a/c has a purification system in it as well as a blue light that kills mold and bacteria.

The pool and spa are brand new and we don't use liquid chlorine. We use salt....but the pool is NOT a saltwater pool. No bleaching of your suits, no burning eyes, no green hair, and no chemical absorption through the skin. " The chlorine generator (also known as the salt cell, salt generator, salt chlorinator or SWG) uses electrolysis in the presence of dissolved salt (NaCl) to produce hypochlorous acid (HClO) and sodium hypochlorite (NaClO), which are the sanitizing agents already commonly used in swimming pools."

The actual street is quiet and peaceful. Walk to the end and the hustle and bustle begins. It is a wonderful place for all to enjoy.
