The Chef’s Kitchen features granite slab counters, stainless appliances, and all the cooking appliances you’ll need to make fabulous in home meals. There’s seating for 4 at the large kitchen island, and the wood slab dining table seats 6 - 8 comfortably.

Just outside the great room is a scenic covered patio with a gas grill and big views of the Rope Rider Golf Course and Tipple Hill. You can also see Swiftwater Winery just beyond the tee box. The outdoor living space boasts a huge gas fire pit and a private hot tub.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* Main floor master suite has a king bed, a Smart TV and a private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower and dual sinks.
* The main floor guest bedroom has a queen bed and is supported by a full bath across the hallway with a walk-in shower.
* 1st upper floor bedroom is a king master suite which features a TV and a private en-suite bath with a large tile bath and dual sinks.
* 2nd upper floor bedroom has a queen bed.
* 3rd floor bonus/bunk room features two sets of twin/twin bunks behind a barn door. Just outside the bunk room is a bonus room furnished with a couch, comfortable kid’s chairs, smart TV w/cable, and an XBox One gaming console with a few games.
*The guest queen guest bedroom and bonus/bunk room are supported by a large guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

**Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
