There is a resident pod of grey whales which makes it's home off Depoe Bay from March through December. Visitors from everywhere come to whale watch either from the Whale Watch Center, a charter boat trip, or the many shore observation spots. When you stay at the Spouting Horn, you can whale watch from the comfort of your warm bed. How incredible!

Spouting Horn One is a studio with a comfy King bed and living area with a sofa that can be made into a sleeper and boasts spectacular Depoe Bay views. The full kitchen stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, full size gas range, microwave and refrigerator. Sit out on the glass protected deck to watch the whales and the spouting horn! Depoe Bay has the smallest natural navigable harbor in the world consisting of six square acres. A huge sea wall runs the length of the downtown area which enables visitors to shop and dine always within view of the ocean. The waves run beneath lava beds and build pressure to spout water as high as 60 feet in the air. These are known as spouting horns and are particularly dramatic at times of high tide. You won't want to miss watching the extraordinary coast guard training missions in the large surf just off the sea wall. There is plenty to enjoy all within walking distance. You can stay busy for days exploring up and down the coast from this convenient location!

This home does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 2-dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation.
