Open and bright renovated 2 bed main floor unit in a quiet 4-plex in beautiful Seward neighborhood. Also has pull out couch with an additional gel mattress pad. Everything you'd need - kitchen is fully-supplied with all cooking utensils, including coffee maker, teapot, fridge, gas stove, microwave, pots and pans, coffee & tea and biscuits. Close to everything. There are four similar units in this building. They have the same configuration, some may have a different bed sizes and different furniture. Please check for availability before booking.

There is a Nice Ride bike station a block away where you can rent bikes. 5 minutes to US Bank Stadium, Gopher’s stadium, St. Thomas, Macalester, St. Catherine, & Minneapolis Convention Center. Great restaurants, grocery stores & Mississippi River all within walking distance. Blocks from the Metro Blue Line Train for easy access to Mall of America, both airports, Target Field TCF Bank Stadium.

Review

The owners were pleasant and responsive to requests. They fixed several things at our request when we moved in. The building is old, which I do not consider a negative. The problem is that it is run down and not well maintained. Examples- a family of sparrows nesting inside the stucco wall outside the dining room window, rotting windows, mold on basement laundry room walls, weedy yard.

The building is actually currently being renovated. We are replacing all new windows, AC, the roof, and actually getting solar for the building.

Lovely Seward Space

Very comfortable apartment in a super Minneapolis neighborhood. The vintage building feature lovely wood floors and woodwork. Very convenient laundry facilities in basement (bring quarters). Brenda was very responsive to requests during our stay.

We had to find a place for my dad to stay while my mom was at HCMC unexpectedly. It was easy to access for my dad. We had to extend his stay a few extra days and Brenda got back to me right away. We would definitely stay there again!

Unit was clean. Everything worked. Kitchen well outfitted. AC already on when we arrived (much appreciated). Brenda was very helpful and very nice to talk to on the phone. Written instructions were clear. Our son and daughter-in-law live two blocks away, also on 30th St, so we would like to use your unit in the future if the need arrises.
