Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: It doesn't get any more convenient or stylish than this. Find yourself at the very heart of the Town Center in this beautiful ground-level corner unit - no stairs to climb, no elevator wait. The beach is just a short, pleasant walk or bicycle ride away. You'll fall in love with the mix of modern decor and old Florida charm. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, and designer cabinets. The dining room seats 6 and opens onto the living room, which has an entertainment center with a TV. From here you'll enjoy views of Cerulean Park. Step out onto the furnished screened-in porch during the evening hours for a drink. This single-story unit has 2 beautifully decorated bedrooms. The primary suite has a king bed, TV, and its own bath with 2 vanities and a jetted tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower and single vanity. The second bedroom also has a flat-screen TV. A queen sofa sleeper in the living room provides additional sleeping space. Need to get online? This unit also has high-speed wireless Internet access.

Great First Stay in Watercolor

We thoroughly enjoyed our first stay in Watercolor. We loved access to everything - the beaches, pools and the Watercolor restaurants.

Great location, tired interiors

I would absolutely rent here again for the location. That being said, the interior had seen better days. The furniture was comfortable, but visibly dirty. We loved the porch, but wish there had been more seating or outdoor dining. The floor plan was perfect for our family of 5… our two daughters shared one bedroom and there was a very large master closet where we set up a pack and play for our baby. We really did enjoy our time here :)

The location was amazing!! We did have several problems with the unit but 360 was there in less than one hour each time to repair. The washer/dryer absolutely needs to be replaced. Dryer never got our clothes dry even after we would run 4 cycles. With a little updating, could be the jewel of Watercolor!

Great location, plenty of space, excellent amenities. I was not impressed with the cleanliness (floors, furniture, baths), the dryer had a hard time drying our clothes, and the porch has some loose balusters which presents a concern with children. Overall it was fine, but I wouldn’t book this unit again due to cleanliness and outdated/poor functioning appliances.

This experience for us was sadly a huge disappointment. Besides struggling to ever speak to a manager, when Susie (the manager at 360 blue) finally took our call not only was she condescending but she refused to move us to a functioning unit nor allow a credit. After many hours spent trying to resolve all the issues, we were offered a $50 credit for “our troubles” and our “misunderstanding of how to use” broken appliances. We will never stay at a 360 Blue property again. It’s very clear they do not maintain the investment properties with care. 1. Broken kitchen window required repair day 1 2. Broken washing machine (it would turn on and then would shut itself off mid cycle) 3. Master bed mattress Worn and uncomfortable . 4. Master bed frame collapsed in the morning!!!! Took an entire day for it to be repaired. 5. Construction happening in unit 102 right next door from 8am-4pm EVERY WEEK DAY!! And, no one advised us prior to booking! 6. Patio screen worn and ripped on side. 7. Kitchen lights out above stove

Unfortunately, problems can arise in a vacation home due to wear and tear and we do our best to fix that in a timely fashion. As for the construction in the next door unit, we are not always aware of construction unless the home is managed by 360 Blue. We do our best to alert guests when we are notified.
