Located just 2 blocks from the beautiful beaches of Destin. Within walking distance of Destin Commons for premier outlet shopping, featuring over 75 shops and restaurants. Very easy to bike or walk anywhere you need to go. Safe beach community with over 6 miles of trails nearby, perfect for biking, jogging or walking at any time of day.

With 3300 Sq Feet of spacious living area, there is plenty of room for large family reunions or multiple families to vacation together.

Downstairs is a fully equipped Kitchen, large dining table and island bar top, with open living room and two King Bedrooms.

Four King Rooms on the second floor with private outside balconies, centered around a large living room for the kids. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa

Large flat screen TV's in living areas, along with 32' TV's in the bedrooms.

Outside is the large backyard with private pool, that can be seasonally heated, gas grill, outdoor shower, covered porch area and plenty of loungers. Driveway accommodates at least 7 vehicles, or can easily house your boat or RV .

Great Vacation!

My family loved this home. There was plenty of room for everyone, it was an easy walk to the beach, and the pool was awesome for post beach day swims. I highly recommend this property to anyone, but for large family gatherings, it's perfect.

First of all, from the description of the property on the internet to booking and questions I had for Graham, the property host, it was a very smooth interaction. The property is very clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped. Graham, the property host was very timely in responding to any questions I had during the process. Great parking for 6 couples. We throughly enjoyed our stay. We had fun outside and on the pool. If you are contemplating a family outing, friends trip or get together, you won’t be disappointed.

My family and friends stayed here for my 60th birthday. This house is absolutely gorgeous. It had everything we needed. The space, cooking appliances, within walking distance to many things including beach. We would definitely stay here again. 5/5 stars for sure. !!!!

The location is great and the home is sized for a large family. We did encounter a few issues, one that continued throughout our stay and the other we were able to just resolve on our own. The owner was prompt when responding to my messages.

Thank you for the review - to clarify the issue this guest represented is they noticed a few bugs in the home. I had maintenance come twice to spray on their behalf, but unfortunately a bug here or there is part of living down in Florida! All my homes in Florida also have their standard preventative pest control visits. The only other issue I was informed about was that you would like a TV outside, but unfortunately that isn't a short term fix available to be made (I know - I would love the outdoor TV too!) Glad you enjoyed the stay and hope you had a safe trip home. As you can see from all the other 5 Star reviews, we really strive to make sure all of our guests have a fantastic experience and I apologize if this home did not live up to the 5 star expectations Warm Regards, Graham

Clean and plenty of Space

We had fun at this stay. House was clean and had plenty of rooms for all of us. Each room has its own bathroom. Pool was heated so we could enjoy it even weather was cold during our visit. if there were game room for kids that would definitely add more fun to this house. Overall we really enjoyed it and service by property management was awesome and quick. Would definitely recommend to others.

Thanks! Glad you had a great time. Typically guests will use either the large second floor living room with the 65" TV, or the large 3rd floor bunk room with another 60" TV - for the kids, while the adults relax on the first floor

Family get together with enough room

We planned a family reunion, we were 14 people, and this place was perfect. Everything about it worked for us, the rooms on the first floor were perfect for the grandmas who couldn’t climb stairs, the living area was perfect for adults and kids to be together but each in their own area; the 4 rooms upstairs were great, the balcony was large and very nice for a morning coffee before getting ready for the day, the closet space was very nice and roomie, specially if you have a family that packs multiple choices of clothing per night, and the pool was perfectly warm (it was high 60’s when we went) and of course the beach in Destin is absolutely beautiful. I’ll be going back and I highly recommend this property, it is exactly what you would expect when reading the listing, but better!
