Less than 4 hours to check in I had not heard from the agent or property manager. I finally called Vrbo on the day of check-in. I received a call from the agent telling me the unit I reserved could not be occupied due to the furnace malfunction. Total lack of communication from the property agent is unacceptable . The agent put me in Unit 5 . The base of the kitchen faucet is extremely loose. I could lift the faucet up from the sink and rotate it. There were 12 knives and no forks or spoons. The picture on the TV constantly jumps. After my check-in, Apr 26th, this was reported twice in 2 days. I saw the property manager after 3 days, which was after my initial report on day 2, and the property manager said the TV would be replaced. As of May 9th, my early check-out date, the TV had not been replaced. There were only two bath towels. For someone reserving an overnight stay, this might be acceptable. But knowing the unit was reserved for 20 days, two towels are unacceptable. I purchased four towels, hand towels and washcloths, which I will be taking with me. The stains and “bluing” on the inside of the dishwasher are horrible. Simple to say, I hand washed all the dishes. The facing to the bottom dresser drawer, in the room closest to the upstairs bathroom, was laying on the floor. Totally disconnected from the drawer itself. The outlet behind the couch showed visible signs the outlet had arched. The lower portion of the outlet was black. I removed the connecting plug.
