Its only 5 mints Drive from DUBAI MALL & BURJ KHALIFA .The status of the Villa is in an excellent condition Plot size is 5000 sq.This villa not just offers its tenant a sense of comfort but of privacy as well. on the other hand,elegance & sophistication are another way to perfectly describe villa as you will be greeted by a modern classic interior the moment you are inside.It consist of 3 Bedrooms & 1 TV rooom upstairs with 2 Comfti Sofas that can be used to sleep on for extra use incase . If you are renting it for more than 1 month that i can convert the TV room to a bedroom also incase Needed . You will see a picture of the TV room attached upstairs.
