Nice house, bad check in experience

The property and condo was just as described and very nice and clean and we enjoyed our stay. However, checking in was a disaster. The man at the front desk was rude and not good at communication. He first told me the wrong condo number, he didn’t give me a parking pass, he looked at me like I was supposed to know everything that I was doing when it was my first time there. When I went back to get my parking pass bc I received a warning note on my vehicle, he argued with me and said he gave me one and he just kept arguing with me about it. Very rude, he will be the reason I will not stay here again. Like I said, the condo was very nice but poor front desk services.

We loved our condo, we felt at home.

We really loved the condo. The little notes everywhere were a nice touch. Would definitely recommend it to everyone. Now the parking at the complex was nonexistent. It was pretty much musical parking spaces. Or walk a mile to your room. But that's not the fault of anyone but the complex. We enjoyed our stay there very much.

Reasonable place to stay

The condo is certainly an adequate place to stay. Not to far to the beach. The condo association probably would hurt my renting again. The lady selling us our parking passes at $ 20 per was friendly. The grounds employees acted like a little gestpo. Also, you need to tell renters of the $20 or $40 for two cars before they rent. This is definitely excessive and the pool passes are ridiculous--who's going to break in and use those pools.

Property was well maintained. The unit was ok.

There were A LOT of rules. I don't mind rules and I am pretty good at following them. But on vacation. Give me a break. If I want to go to the pool leave me alone. You don't need to ask me for my pass every hour. There has to be a better way. The condo was fine. The TV in the guest room didn't work but everything else was fine. The master bed was really small (full). Now a days everyone should have at least a queen And there is room for a king. Check in and out were quick and easy.
