Comfortable stay

Tom's place is comfortable and well-equipped. Kitchen has everything you'd need. Plenty of space for our family of 6. Beds and seating are in good shape. There are two TVs with streaming services and DVDs. Internet worked fine. We had a big snowstorm and the driveway was plowed promptly. Tom was very responsive and easy to communicate with. One very minor quibble is that the books, puzzles and games that are provided are slightly in disarray--some missing pieces and components, etc.

Property was well maintained and very comfortable. We lost power one morning due to storm and the property manage responded immediately and got ahold of the electric company to help solve the problem. Overall, very happy with our stay.

Story land get away!!!

This was such a cozy, beautiful cabin! We LOVED playing the Xbox 360 and enjoyed the cute sunroom!!! This cabin had it all!!! Quiet little neighborhood, close to all the fun things that North Conway has to offer!!! Will definitely book here again!!! Tom was an awesome host as well!!!

Supply a few more towels. Also, I specifically asked about pets was told no pets, but it was obvious there was a pet previously in the property which challenged my allergies. Aside from that the stay was great!

Great Home for a Skiing Trip

We had 4 adults stay here for a home base for skiing. As advertised, plenty of room and very clean and comfortable at a good price. Great location. Plenty of kitchen amenities. We wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely return if available.

House was sweet, comfortable and great location. Matresses need an update, especially queen. Housekeeping service needs to do a more thorough job. Stuff under beds, socks left behind door and someone's contacts and cream left in bathroom.

Private and lovely home

My family stayed at this lovely home over NY Eve 2023. The property was very clean and had all the essentials you would need to cook a family meal. There were two gas fire places with timers that we very much enjoyed. The property was also situated minutes from downtown North Conway. It was very private and well maintained. We even got to see a fireworks show at midnight from one of the neighbors. The property owner was very quick to answer questions and even let us check in early. Highly recommend.

Coldest weekend

Hello, My wife and i enjoyed the stay at the property very much. I intended for our adult children to join us and the lower level would have been perfect. Unfortunately, they did not come up. The house was very nice and was perfect for our stay. Enjoyed the gas fireplace. Kitchen had many items that made it easy. I will plan on rebooking in the future. Jeff

Awesome place- Great Hosts!

Great property! The host was even gracious enough to provide a Christmas tree making our holiday special. Sitting by the fire looking out at the snow covered ground, who could ask for more! Fantastic location as well! Definitely recommend.

Terrible pet odor

Chose this property because it was a “no pets allowed” house. As soon as we opened the door to the downstairs area there was a very strong smell of cat urine that did not go away for the entire trip. We needed to buy air fresheners to tolerate the smell.
