Nice Stay

Location is very good, near shops and restaurants. Near high way to go everywhere, we love the location. House has everything we needed, the communication with property manager is also very good. We hope to come back in the future.

Best location in summit county

The condo was modern and clean, and the location was very walkable. Plus my friend left her Apple Watch and the property manager was responsive to emails and actually found it! Would highly recommend this place!

This property is in good condition and is in a good location. We got on the rec path easily! Also, even though it is near businesses and the highway, it was quiet overnight with the windows closed. Fortunately, being at altitude makes it possible to cool the house off in the evening!

Good property except for 1 thing

Everything in this property is in good condition and I have no complaints. But only one thing is that the internet doesn’t have good speed. Can’t even load Instagram reels or play 144p video properly. If this issue can be fixed, I will definitely rebook in the future.

The location was great! The place was decorated very well. We were very disappointed with the bed in the master bedroom. It had a sink hole in it. My wife and I rolled into each other all night both nights. When we go somewhere, nothing is more important than getting a good night sleep(especially after sking). Beware of the cleaning bill. We felt The cleaning bill for 2 nights was excessive for what little cleaning has to be done after what is required of the tenant to do before leaving.

Dillon Stay

Our family and a couple friends rented this place for a 3 day ski trip. The location was great for us as we skied A-Basin and Copper. I thought it was nicer even then it looked in the pictures.

Lovely Snow Getaway

We all enjoyed this lovely condo during our family ski weekend, close to the slopes and the highway. The weather did not let us down; the snow fell for two days making it a true White Christmas and creating perfect skiing conditions. Thank you.

Perfect For our Family!

We really enjoyed staying here during our vacation last month! It was clean, welcoming, and worked perfectly for our family with two young kids, 4 and 6. We enjoyed being within walking distance of stores and restaurants and were only a short drive away from many trailheads. We would definitely recommend this property!

Clean and Modern

We truly enjoyed our stay! The condo is newly renovated and clean. Our only complaint was the beds…the mattresses are way too soft. Everything else was great. The location is perfect for any outdoor activities and other amenities. We would stay here again.

The mattresses are worn out, sink holes, they have no more support left in them. The fold out couch is broke, and it is not comfortable at all. The pillows are cheap foam, there might as be a box. The skillet was wore out, surface was peeling off. No trash bags. When you spend a day skiing you need to rest, we got very little.

Wonderful property in a perfect location

we really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and nicely decorated. The location is perfect. You can quickly get to Keystone or A basin and Breckenridge is not too far either. There’s plenty of good restaurants and the outlet malls are just a few blocks away. The property manager was quick to respond to questions. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Very clean, great location, and updated amenities

This property provided everything we expected...and then some! The management was top notch and the place was extremely clean, providing tv’s in the bedroom, WiFi, Updated appliances and all you need to cook. The beds are firm and comfortable. We will be back!
