Private on 5 acres! You can experience this one of a kind, authentic log cabin in a secluded area that is centrally located and easily accessible! It has Wi-Fi and flat screen TV's. It is very clean, well maintained! Bear Lodge has an amazing secluded setting on 5 acres in a gated community. Black Bear Hollow has just 7 cabins on a private road that is about a half mile long. Experience a true mountain cabin on acreage that is not in a subdivision or resort. We are within minutes to Pigeon Forge, Townsend, Gatlinburg, GSMNP, Metcalf Bottoms and Cades Cove. Guests now have FREE access to a pool located less than a 5 minute drive from the cabin!

Great family getaway

We stayed here over the Christmas break. The tourist areas where very crowded and it was nice to come back to the quite cabin and relax in the evenings.

Beautiful cabin and location

The cabin was so beautiful and clean and well stocked. It was decorated for the holidays and so warm and cozy. The grounds were beautiful and everything felt very private. We plan to come back next year.

Heaven at the Cabin

The cabin was so cute and spacious, and it was away from others so we had our own section of being in the woods. The kitchen was good with good utensils; the hot tub was great for evening night when we turned off lights and watched the stars; and we were even able to do some work in a nice peaceful setting during down time. W love staying here and would stay again.

Our family if 9 stayed here and it was Perfect! Great location outside of the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, yet only 20 minutes away. Very clean cabin. Comfortable beds.

Peaceful cabin in beautiful location

We enjoyed staying in a beautiful log cabin with so much to do. Amazing peaceful location outside but close to Pigeon Forge. Hot tub was wonderful. Great space to play games and pool table was fun. Great host.

Perfect location

This property was just perfect for everyone. Very close to Townsend which is our favorite place. Close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Easy access and this property could not have been more perfect for dogs large and small. We hope to return again!

Peaceful and relaxing

Perfect place to get away from all the city commotion. At night you can hear the sounds of nature including the local coyotes. A real pleasure staying here and enjoying a slower pace for a while.

Great Time!!

Had a great time. Much better than staying over by Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Loved the location and the area. Had a bunch of bear sightings, The last one was our last morning. The bear came right up on the rear deck and proceeded to lick the grill clean. He stayed for 20 minutes until we chased him by yelling. Got great pics and video.

Quiet and Peaceful

The house was peaceful and quiet in a secluded location. Very little to no cell phone service on the property so just be aware the beds could have used additional blankets as the comforters were very thin and it was a bit chilly at night. Otherwise the house had everything we need and we really enjoyed our stay!!

Beautiful Cabin

The cabin was exactly as pictures were! The front porch was so awesome with the rocking chairs and the swing. That was every morning with my coffee, just taking in the beauty of the area! The beds were so comfy! Loved the long dining table. Kitchen was very well equipped. Plenty of towels. The hot tub which was our favorite evening hangout and the fire pit were awesome If i had any questions jerry was very prompt about returning my message. Amazing stay!!

Double Birthday in the Smokies

We had a wonderful time celebrating both my mom and husband’s birthdays, and the cabin was perfect! Perfect size for our group, great location and lots of fun with the pool table and hot tub!

Pool table is not in good shape. House is very crowded and dark. Could use a deep cleaning Cabin needs work. Location is great. Our stay was fun just needed more space to move around and a pool table we could play on.
