The cabin was so cute and spacious, and it was away from others so we had our own section of being in the woods. The kitchen was good with good utensils; the hot tub was great for evening night when we turned off lights and watched the stars; and we were even able to do some work in a nice peaceful setting during down time. W love staying here and would stay again.
We stayed here over the Christmas break. The tourist areas where very crowded and it was nice to come back to the quite cabin and relax in the evenings.
The cabin was so beautiful and clean and well stocked. It was decorated for the holidays and so warm and cozy. The grounds were beautiful and everything felt very private. We plan to come back next year.
We had a wonderful time celebrating both my mom and husband’s birthdays, and the cabin was perfect! Perfect size for our group, great location and lots of fun with the pool table and hot tub!

Pool table is not in good shape. House is very crowded and dark. Could use a deep cleaning Cabin needs work. Location is great. Our stay was fun just needed more space to move around and a pool table we could play on.
Cabin was really nice. There were some things a little wore, but everything was clean and it was comfortable. The grill needed repair when we arrived and Jerry was right there to fix it. We had bear visitors everyday, which we enjoyed watching.
This cabin was absolutely beautiful. It was everything we expected. The owner was very easy to get in contact with. Would definitely recommend for your stay. We will be back!
Our family - sisters - children - grandchildren - cousins - all had an amazing time at this beautiful peaceful cabin.
Sitting on the front porch on the swing or a rocking chair every morning drinking coffee was such a treat - it was hard to get moving and do all the things we had planned- but we did - we went to Anakeesta - the Astra Lumina show was amazing. Trout fishing - and came back to have a great fish dinner -went to Tuckaleechee Caverns in Townsend and of course Dollywood.
The cabin was comfortable and cozy with enough room for the grownups to relax and the kids to play.
The hot tub and fire pit were fun and well used.
The highlight was early one morning when a mama bear and her cubs came by - came up on the porch - looked in the windows and went around back - looked around and then left. It was exciting and I would have been disappointed if the bears didn’t visit.
wonderfully secluded cabin in Townsend! the place was immaculate and had everything we needed for a relaxing 4 days with our dog in the mountains. close to alot of outdoor activities and restaurants. the owners were quick to respond to inquiries. will definitely be back with the family.
Everything was fine besides the fact that my bed and sheets smelled like a dog bed and I had to wash them. There is also a moldy smell downstairs. I needed to buy air fresheners to get rid of the smell some. The cabin was nice but wish I didn’t have to wash my bedding or have to smell dog in my bed.
The house was peaceful and quiet in a secluded location. Very little to no cell phone service on the property so just be aware the beds could have used additional blankets as the comforters were very thin and it was a bit chilly at night. Otherwise the house had everything we need and we really enjoyed our stay!!
Everything about this trip was great, easy to get to the cabin, very peaceful area, easy to get to all attractions, Saw some Turkeys, in the morning, This cabin is outstanding, no issues, will let are friends know about this, place, and will reserve again on are next visit
What a great place to stay! Easy drives to down town, but nice and peaceful, just off the main road, but in the quiet woods. Good bedroom and bathroom space. clean and comfortable. we'd definitely go here again!
Great cabin. Plenty of room with comfortable beds. It is about 20 minutes from pigeon forge. Road to the cabin is narrow but was hot a problem. Well stocked kitchen.
My husband’s brothers and their wives joined us to celebrate his 65th birthday. A perfect weekend in a beautiful cabin. Clean, beautiful cabin. We love the area and the peace and quiet. We’ll be back for sure!
We throughly enjoyed the stay at this vacation home. Everything was clean and enough space for everyone to enjoy themselves. The hot tub was a great addition to the stay as well.
We spent the 2023 Thanksgiving week in Bear Lodge! It was a beautiful cabin off the beaten path. Our four grandsons loved the pool table and the loft space. We fixed Thanksgiving dinner while the men and boys went hiking. It was really special. The only recommendation I would make would be to have a ramp of some sort up to the main level from the outside. My husband and I had a hard time going up the stairs. I guess that just goes with getting older. Otherwise we all had a wonderful time!! I would definitely recommend this cabin!!
This was a great place to stay, especially since I had dogs. I found it very hard to find a cabin that accepted animals without charging an outrageous fee. This place was very excepting and very affordable.
