Another wonderful stay!

We love visiting this beautiful property which is spacious and well equipped with gorgeous views and stunning pool. We enjoyed visiting local markets, kayaking through Pont d’Arc and visiting the incredibly moving Chauvet cave.

Jolie maison très bien située.Très calme ,super vue au milieux des moutons .Dommage que le forfait ménage de 80 soit obligatoire. Pour le prix, le ménage pourrait vraiment être mieux fait (douche sale ,miroir plein de traces, poils et cheveux sur le carrelage dans la salle d’eau, le réfrigérateur surtout la partie congélateur est dans un sale état, des morceaux de papiers au sol dans le salon )Dommage également qu’il n’y ai pas de pression d’eau dans les sanitaires.Des caméras placées sur la façade de la maison en direction de la piscine sans aucun affichage dans le règlement n’inspire pas à respecter notre vie privée. Pour finir nous avons eu un malentendu avec la personne qui fait le ménage, celle-ci devait arriver à 11h et nous l’avons vu débarquer à 9h.Nous n’avons rien à redire pour le reste.

Le Nouzaret

Huis was niet proper gepoetst, lakens en handdoeken roken niet fris. Moesten alles zelf bijeen sprokkelen om de bedden op te maken. De donsdekens waren vol vlekken. De chauffage was afgesloten, heb moeten contact nemen met eigenaar om verwarming op te zetten. Was heel kil in huis.

Nous sommes désolés que vous n’ayez pas été satisfait de la maison. La maison a été nettoyée 3 jours avant et nous n’avons jamais eu de remarque sur la qualité du service. Les draps ont été demandé peu de temps avant la location. Nous vous avions bien précisé que n’allant plus sur place vous deviez vous servir dans l’armoire où ils sont restés tout l’hiver. Donc logique que les lits n’étaient pas faits. Pour le chauffage, c’est la première fois en 25 ans de location qu’il a fait froid en juin. C’est une maison de montagne en pierre avec des murs épais donc il faut un certain pour la chauffer. Nous espérons quand même que la région vous a plu.

Très bonnes vacances passées dans la maison d'Isabelle. Le calme du hameau est vraiment agréable et les enfants ont pu s'en donner à coeur joie. Seul petit bémol, un peu loin des courses donc prévoyez bien :).

Wonderful!

Communication prior to stay was brilliant and the owners were very helpful. The house is so lovely; well equipped and with stunning views from the house, terrace and pool. There are beautiful local walks and pretty villages nearby. It was our second stay and we hope to return again soon!

Nous avons passé un séjour splendide dans un cadre unique. La vue est superbe et le calme et la beauté de la nature qui nous entourent sont uniques! Perfect in every way!

Prior to our our stay communication was prompt and Anne provided all of the information we needed. The house is beautiful and we enjoyed eating and relaxing on the terraces and our boys loved the pool. The house is also brilliantly equipped both in the kitchen and also with a large selection of games. We had wanted to find somewhere peaceful and the location was perfect; no noise other than the wildlife, stunning views and breathtaking stars at night! There are lovely walks locally and great markets within 30-40 minutes for fresh produce. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to return!

Spacious House with Great Pool in Calm Surroundings

We spend our 2 weeks summer holidays in the house (family of 5, 3 kids between 10 and 14 years). The house is quite spacious and well equipped. We spent a lot of time on the sunny terrace and of course in the great pool which was exclusively used by us. We could watch lizards and there were snake eagles flying over the house. In the evenings, if we did not enjoy the stars (there is hardly any light disturbing the view) we used the satellite TV with hundreds of international TV stations. The house is located in the hills, with very few neighbour houses and a nice view into the valley. When we were there, the temperature in the tourist hot spots like Balazuc or Pont d'Arc was around 40 ° and we were quite happy that the temperature in the hills was around 5 to 6 degrees lower. You can make nice tours from the house: Canyoning, kayaking, visit Pont d'Arc, various caves, etc. But I should also mention that it is not too easy to get there. It takes a while to climb the hills with the car on the narrow roads. The next city with supermarkets is Aubenas which is around 30 minutes away.

Une maison grande et très bien rénovée avec tous les équipements nécessaires ou non. Literies confortables,2 salles de bains très spacieuses,terrasse agéable pour les repas,beaucoup de possibilités avec l'extérieur,cuisine très fonctionelle,piscine au top. Maison depuis laquelle on bénéficie d'une vue imprenable. Hotes très prévenants pour tous renseignements. Séjour idéal pour se déconnecter car assez éloigné de tout. Région avec de belles randonnées .

Beautiful house with amazing views

The house is well-appointed, with a large kitchen/dining/living-room and two good bathrooms. The bedroom with 3 singles was a bit hot, having no outside window. Terraces on different levels behind the house offer lots of choice for eating outside while you admire the view of valleys and hills to the sound of sheep-bells. Star-gazing is a treat, given the lack of light pollution in this remote location (maybe 3 cars a day drive past on the narrow country road). The swimming-pool is 20 yards down the hill and generously-sized, with enough loungers for all! We had a wonderful holiday and recommend Le Nouzaret highly.

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cette maison. La localisation particulièrement éloignée de tout centre urbain si petit soit-il lui réserve un calme à toute épreuve. La piscine est agréable, les jardins en terrasse assurent une tranquillité à tous les groupes, l'un pouvant faire la sieste en haut pendant que le reste joue en bas. Le voisinage est charmant, de même que le troupeau de moutons qui rythme la journée du hameau. Un endroit à recommander pour familles ou petits groupes en attente de calme.

Un séjour inoubliable !

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette maison située dans les montagnes d'Ardèche. L'endroit est très reposant, en pleine nature, l'idéal pour se détendre. La maison est grande et très bien entretenue. La piscine (petite et grande profondeur) est tout simplement géniale ! Les instructions fournies par les propriétaires étaient claires et précises. Merci à eux, c'était un séjour inoubliable !
