Pretty little completely furnished basement studio in our Haw Creek country home on 3 acres. Very private. Quiet secluded woods yet only minutes from downtown Asheville. Joytul wood like stove ..actually propane, provides that mountain ambiance! This is a basement apartment with your personal patio area outside overlooking the forested yard. Lots of room to roam in the woods with the wild turkeys. Not your 5 sterile 5 star hotel...just a little modern, tiled, space in the woods to relax and enjoy the wild life. Both outside and in downtown Asheville!

Best deal in town

We had a lovely stay at Kats place. The apartment had everything we needed for a great stay.. it was a Studio apartment with a nice kitchen and bathroom. The apartment also had great privacy with it's own entrance and was very quiet. The property was beautiful and had up in the mountains feel but conveniently located 5 minutes to town. We also saw deer, raccoon and a bear eating from a garbage can at bottom of the street. I would definately reccomend Kats place.

We have lived here for 20 years and never plan to leave. Just love the quiet after living in Miami for 40 years. The bears, the birds, groundhogs and squirrels roam freely (though usually at a distance).
