Located at the end of a country road on a shallow meandering river/estuary. Fish, kayak or wade from yard. Walk to beach. Upstairs master bedroom with king bed and sitting area with picture windows overlooking water, full bath, washer/dryer, and deck. Downstairs fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room, and two bedrooms with 2 twins each. Dine on deck and watch the waterlife go by. Beach toys and indoor board games supplied. Great place for young kids, teens and multi-generation retreats. Or for your own getaway. Near beaches, bike trails, mini golf, golf, great ice cream, antique stores, restaurants, theater and cinemas.

I bought this as a place where I could drop a kayak into the water and paddle to the ocean. I also bought it to watch changing skies and sunsets and spend time with family and friends. So far, it's lived up to my dreams.

Quiet, peaceful, near beaches and bike trails and great ice cream.
Mid-Cape so easy to go any direction on the Cape, easy access to Boston and Providence,RI.
