Aankomst was niet in orde. We moesten heel lang wachten voor een klein huisje om onze sleutel te krijgen. Bij bijna 36 graden en geen plek om te zitten. We zijn in de stad even naar de wc gegaan en hebben wat gegeten. Bij terugkomst konden we weer aansluiten achter in de rij. Het huisje was verder prima. De douchecabine was niet schimmelvrij, maar voor ons niet onoverkomelijk. Het was fijn geweest als er een airco in had gezeten. Nu was het - bij gemiddeld 36 graden op de dag - echt te warm ‘a nachts. Door de vele muggen konden we overdag en ‘ s avonds niet luchten. Het zwembad is uitstekend. Niet te druk en keurig schoon. De omgeving is prachtig.

Bedden dramatisch, ondanks herhaaldelijk verzoek geen gehoor voor oplossing. Geen ventilatie in ruimte. Appartement naast machinekamer (die in de nacht veel herrie maakt). Keuken beperkt. Geluidsoverlast van boven (niet door gebruikers maar door t pand).

Mooi sfeervol verblijf. boven op een heuvel . achter de heuvel een mooie waterval. Vriendelijk personeel. lekker zwembad. Mooie tuin. Rustig Een minpuntje De eigenaar, die de zaken regelt en Engels en Duits spreekt, die is er maar een keer een half uurtje geweest. Verder alleen maar Italiaans personeel.

Zee op 15 autominuten leuke kleinere dorpen en steden op korte rij afstand. Sienna, Pisa, Florenze ook dichtbij. Goede uitval basis. 1 gebouw met veel appartementen. Alle appartementen waren bezet maar het is er rustig in tuin zwembad en terassen omdat veel gasten hele dag op pad zijn. Supermarkt op 10 minuten. Wij hadden beneden appartement. 1 ingang, 1 raam, daarom niet heel licht, maar door dikke muren heerlijk koel. 1 grote leefruimte, vonden wij ideaal. Begane grond ook handig.

Wij hebben een leuke vakantie gehad in Toscane. Eenvoudig maar voldoende uitgeruste studio, vriendelijke mensen, prachtige natuur het zwembad kijkt uit op wijngaarden en de vrije natuur. Enkele minpuntjes voor ons waren dat er geen winkeltjes ( bakkerij bvb) op wandelafstand zijn, je moet telkens naar de Lidl voor je inkopen, al duurt die rit maar 10min met de wagen. Het station van Cecina heeft grote parkings waar je gratis kan parkeren, zodat je op je gemak met de trein naar bvb Pisa of Firenze kan gaan! Die treinritten zijn wel relatief duur maar in vergelijking met Belgie valt het eigenlijk nog wel mee. Het vakantiehuis is moeilijk te vinden met de gps, die stuurt je naar een straatje in de buurt, maar wijhebben gebeld naar de eigenaar en toen vonden we het snel. Wifi enkel buiten maar heb je ook niet nodig op vakantie. Het zwembad was wat vuil de laatste dagen maar daar hebben ze alles aan gedaan om dit op te lossen. Wil je de wasmachine gebruiken, neem dan wel je eigen wasproduct mee. Wij zijn heel tevreden!

Voor de derde keer hier geweest, en weerom hebben we genoten van dit vakantieoor ...

Voor de derde keer hier geweest, en weerom hebben we genoten van dit vakantieoord. Deze keer hebben we de hond meegenomen. Ook voor dieren is dit het paradijs omdat er lange wandelingen te maken zijn in de buurt, en zeker en vast omdat Italianen zeer hondvriendelijk zijn. Het sterkste punt in dit oord is de eenvoud, ook de mensen die er komen hebben een los vakantiegevoel, privacy wordt gerespecteerd, en toch is er spontaan contact.
