Private parking is right in front of the cottage, and you can enjoy one level throughout. There is a queen-sized bed and the sofa converts to a full-sized bed to accommodate up to 4 guests. Granite countertops and all upgraded stainless steel appliances are installed in this fully furnished kitchen. The bathroom includes a decorative tile shower and granite countertops. Porcelain tile flooring is installed throughout the home for easy cleanup. The laundry room is equipped with a full washer and dryer. Front door parking is available for 2 cars/SUVs (max) and there are no stairs or elevators to deal with. You are literally on the beach! This is good ole' Jimmy Buffet-style beach living at its finest.

For convenience, a key-less entry system is installed with private codes for each guest. The lock pad includes a 30 second auto lock system to ensure security while you are away. Cable tv and wireless internet are provided throughout the cottage. Download your favorite Kindle book or finish some work on your laptop as you sit on the deck and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. Enjoy a sunset on the balcony as you watch your children build a sandcastle right in front of you.

You can enjoy the peace and quiet of the ocean breeze, or take a short trip to enjoy the amusement parks, nightlife, fishing, and shopping that is available in Panama City Beach. Grocery stores and drug stores are conveniently located within a short distance from this house. St. Andrew's state park is a couple of blocks by bicycle or car, or you can enter from the beachside as you take an evening stroll. Whatever you are looking for, this little cottage has it all.

There is a custom gas grill on the deck for cooking out. It is conveniently located between the 2 bedroom house and the 1 bedroom cottage. This grill is free to use for the guests of Aqua-Holic beach house and Aqua-Holic cottage. It is the responsibility of the guest to make sure that the grill is properly attended to and turned off and cleaned after use.

Security cameras have been installed and are active. There is a camera on the front of the main house that faces the front door and deck area of the cottage. There is also another camera facing the parking area. This is for the protection of the property owner and the guests.
