We did not cook. The appartment is pretty run down. It was also freezing cold at night and the lights didn't work. At 350/night it was not good value. It is close to the beach though.

Mold in the bathroom. Shower door almost fell on my daughter because there was no track inside the metal piece. Place smelled of weed. Cabinets peeling in the bathroom cabinets in the kitchen were dirty. HVAC filter looks like it hasn’t been changed in years.

We inspected the concerns raised during and after the stay and did not find evidence of mold in the bathroom. The HVAC filter is part of a regularly scheduled monthly replacement program, and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. When concerns were reported, we remained responsive and willing to address any reasonable issues brought to our attention during the stay. We always encourage guests to notify us immediately so we have the opportunity to assist and resolve concerns in real time.

We had a great stay! The house was in the perfect location for us and had beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and a wagon that made our beach days so easy. I would definitely book this house again if we return to the area!
