Master bedroom upstairs; downstairs is a second bedroom and family room with a fireplace and an adjacent sleeping alcove/bedroom area with a queen bed and a set of bunk beds (lower bed is a double). You will enjoy lounging, having a morning cup of coffee, or eating on one of the two decks overlooking the lake. (Gas bbq and gas fire table on property.) The open floor plan of this charming 1,900 square foot home lends itself well to socializing. Situated amidst many mature pines; open the windows in the summertime and relax to the sounds of nearby cascading Incline Creek. Only 45-minute drive, or less to Reno, Carson City, Truckee, South Lake Tahoe, Northstar Resort, Palisades Tahoe (Squaw Valley) and many other points of interest.
