Cozy renovated attic loft with 2 bedrooms. Perfect for family with lots of kids and pet. Primary Bedroom has queen bed and twin bed. Private second bedroom has 1 twin and full bed , window, bright and airy with central air conditioning and heat. Beach side of Mandalay Ave, just 5 blocks north of Pier 60. Open French style glass shower, separates twin beds from queen.2 couples or 5 singles. Vaulted ceilings taper down to 4 feet, so not for tall folks, Each bedroom has door and lock, window and closet
Finished in all white beaded pine wall and ceilings, distressed white pine floors and Coastal Florida decor. You will feel like your at the beach in the Fun Baywatch Loft.

This is a unique cozy loft with fantastic location and great value.Crank windows open to catch the breeze off the Gulf of America

The rooms were very clean and there was plenty of room. There are a lot of stairs to get up to the rooms. One flight outside and one inside. The TV in the main room worked, but the one in the other bedroom did not and was ready to fall off the wall. It was nice the manager stays onsite and is there to help, if you need. Great value for the money!! Walking distance to everything

The location was great. Right on the beach and Just a 10 min walk to the shops and restaurants and only 20 min walk to the pier. If you don’t need a kitchen the cottage was perfect with 2 rooms and 4 beds and communication was great Captain Al was always quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again.

Baywatch Loft

Great rental space for a last minute trip to Clearwater. Had everything needed and space for everyone to sleep. Good location to the beach and just over a half mile walk to the pier. Nice to have access to chairs, beach toys, hot tub, and bikes.

Place was really good. Rooms were as described in post. Loved that was on the beach! Plenty of space for a family of 5. Captain Al was responsive and quick to greet us. Overall amenities are good. Many places to eat around that are great. You can walk everywhere! Very safe and this side of town is quiet, which I loved!

Here we enjoy swimming in warm calm water, enjoy fresh seafood off the boat and socialize with our congenial minded beach lover neighbors. As a scuba diver I have been to most Carribean Islands, have hiked through most South American countries, and have Jet Skied most all waterways in Florida. Now I enjoy taking my guests out on my run about boat and enjoying the beauty of the islands off the coast of Clearwater Beach. Why they chose this property

This area called Clearwater Cottages are the very last few streets left on the beach side of the island with cottages, vacation rentals from the 1920 s - 1950 s with that Old Florida feeling, while South Beach all the cottages and older homes were torn down for the new expensive ritzy motels. This loft is a new renovation in a 1948 building, cool, cozy, and affordable .

Enjoy a private, cozy,2 bedroom loft for the price of a hotel room. No streets to cross, your at the beach, Open the door and get the Gulf Breeze. You have all the amenities of Clearwater Cottage, at no additional cost, which includes wood party deck, Key West style backyard at the beach, Weber BBQ grill, use of Capt. Al's , beach chairs, beach toy, and boat excursion in summer when available. Gas surcharge is $250 half tank
