Love hearing the cabin was just what you expected and that you got to enjoy the hot tub. And I’m always happy to be available if you need anything at all.
We’d absolutely love to have you back anytime!

Thank you so much—we’re so happy to hear everything was perfect! That’s always our goal, and it truly means a lot. We’d love to host you again anytime!
This cabin was perfect for my husband and I, as we were celebrating our 33 anniversary. It was clean and everything we needed was provided. The kitchen had all appliances. The beds were neat and comfortable. The living room area had comfortable seating and was nicely arranged. I found that the address is slightly off from the on line address 4626 but the cabin said 4624. Personally I wanted to be further in the woods. And I love Porsche's, so porch furniture would have a been a nice touch. Overall it’s was a great place to stay and I would definitely do it again and again.

Thank you so much for celebrating your 33rd anniversary with us—that truly means a lot, and we’re so glad you found the cabin clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for your stay.
We appreciate you mentioning the address. Due to how Google Maps recognizes locations in this area, it may display a nearby property’s number, but rest assured our check-in instructions are designed to guide guests directly to the correct cabin without any issues.
And thank you for the note about the porch furniture—we love that suggestion and agree it would be a great addition to enhance the outdoor experience.
We’d absolutely love to host you again for another getaway!
Loved our stay at this sweet little cabin! It was clean, well stocked and ready to go when we got there. The hot tub was hot and fire pit already had wood set up for a fire. Conveniently located in between Broken Bow and Hochatown. The host was so nice and very responsive. The one and very minor drawback is that it sits right on the highway. The noise is barely noticeable when inside, but very noticeable when outside.

Thank you so much for the kind review—we’re so glad you loved your stay and enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit setup! It means a lot to hear the cabin felt clean, comfortable, and ready for you.
We do like to be upfront in our listing about the highway proximity so guests know what to expect, and several past reviews mention it as well. As you noted, it’s typically very minimal inside but can be more noticeable outdoors.
We’d love to host you again anytime!
The host was fantastic, the cabin was comfortable but it was right on a main highway. Lots of traffic noise and nowhere to walk.

Thank you for your thoughtful review and for your kind words about us as hosts. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
We strive to be very transparent in our listing and make it clear that the cabin is located near the highway, and many of our reviews also mention that road noise may be a factor for some guests. While this location provides easy access to both Broken Bow and Hochatown and all of the area’s activities, we understand that it may not be ideal for guests seeking complete seclusion.
Broken Bow and Hochatown are also not very walkable areas, especially with Highway 259 traffic and ongoing construction, which can make walking unsafe. Our location is designed to offer convenience and quick access to dining, shopping, and outdoor adventures rather than a walkable setting.
We are grateful for your feedback and for choosing to stay with us. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again in the future to any of our Bear Creek Vacations properties.
This cabin was the perfect size for our family of four. We enjoyed the location for hiking and visiting local breweries.

About the host

Andy and I have a passion for travel and adventure, exploring incredible destinations like Canada, Mexico, Hawaii, and countless places across the United States. Our journey led us to discover the charm of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, in 2007 when we first began boating and ATVing in the area. We instantly fell in love with its natural beauty and tranquility.
In April 2012, our dream of owning land within the National Forest became a reality. Shortly after, we started building our first cabin, marking the beginning of Bear Creek Vacations. Creating these spaces was not just a personal milestone—it was a way for us to share the magic of Broken Bow with others.
We invite you to experience Bear Creek Vacations for yourself. Whether you're looking to relax, rejuvenate, or simply escape, you'll leave feeling refreshed and grateful you visited. Feel free to reach out with any questions—we’re here to help make your stay unforgettable.
