Wonderful Stay

Excellent location with access to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The property owner provided all relevant information for this comfortable house with a private courtyard. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Holiday Location

We spent 1,5 weeks at the house in Deauville. The location is perfect: right in the city center, supermarket 50m away, bakery across the street, pharmacy 50m, many restaurants within 5min walking distance, beach 10min. The house is located in a beautiful backyard, quiet but central. The house is fully equipped with everything you need, so you can travel with small baggage. With the house comes also an exclusive beach cabinet, so that you can store your beach stuff right there - no need to carry everything every day. The house lady who welcomes you and does the cleaning is very nice, however she speaks French only - but you will understand her as the landlord sends a very comprehensive and detailed info email before your stay. The only minus is the parking situation. There is no own parking, and the public parking nearby is with parking meter from 9-19:00. In the season, when arriving on a weekend before 7/8pm, expect that there is NO free parking anywhere before the day tourists have left. Also, for excursions, plan your return after 7/8pm, then you will find „no pay“-parking spots in neighboring streets (3-5min walking). All in all, we can highly recommend this location. Beautiful house, well maintained, spaceous, central - everything you need.

Maison de ville Ă  3 m de la place Morny et des commerces, du marchĂ©. La maison est bien entretenue et fonctionnelle. Pour le check in et le check out, la propriĂ©taire est plutĂŽt arrangeante. Il y a 2 jeux de clĂ©s, pratique quand vous venez avec des amis. C'est calme, on a apprĂ©ciĂ© la partie extĂ©rieure fleurie, pas super grande mais agrĂ©able pour ĂȘtre assis autour de la table de jardin. Nous avons passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour et nous y reviendrons sĂ»rement.

Das Haus liegt sehr zentral in einer der schönsten Straßen in Deauville. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Direkt in der NĂ€he sind schöne GeschĂ€fte und CafĂ©s. Das Haus geht ĂŒber 2 Etagen. Es ist wunderschön und authentisch eingerichtet mit viel Liebe fĂŒr die Details. Das Bett ist gemĂŒtlich und die BĂ€der sind sehr sauber. Wir konnten nachts sehr gut schlafen. Die KĂŒche ist toll ausgestattet. Die AtmosphĂ€re im schönen Innenhof ist traumhaft und ruhig. Die Vermieterin Martine und die Verwalterin Nadine sind sehr nett, gut erreichbar und beantworten freundlich alle Fragen. Wenn Ihr einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub in der Normandie in der NĂ€he der berĂŒhmten Les Planches machen möchtet, ist dieses Haus ein echter Geheimtipp!!

La maison est trÚs bien située prÚs de la place Morny. Elle est trÚs confortablement équipée. Un seul petit bémol pour le canapé mais j'ai cru comprendre qu'il serait bientÎt remplacé. La propriétaire est trÚs aimable et disponible en cas de besoin.

Séjour idéal !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Martine, la maison est idéalement située en centre ville, avec le confort d'un petit jardin fleuri et d'une terrasse trÚs agréable, à deux pas du marché et de tous les commerces, tout en étant à proximité des Planches (10 minutes à pied). La maison est parfaitement équipée (les équipements de cuisine sont hyper complets, il est également trÚs agréable de trouver des jeux, livres, dvds pour petits et grands), bien décorée et confortable. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir car c'est une excellente adresse pour séjourner à Deauville. Encore un grand merci pour tout !
