Relax and enjoy the ocean breeze, sandy beach within steps of condo. Take a walk along the boardwalk or a stroll down the sandy white beach. Restaurants, shops, grocery stores, bars, nightlife, bike shop rentals and boardwalk within steps from the building no need to drive when you have all the conveniences in one place. One parking space available for your convenience which is rare. Relaxing jacuzzi and pool on premises.

The condo complex is located perfectly directly in front of the ocean and boardwalk. It is a perfect beach getaway for a couple or a small family vacation in San Diego. Take a walk along the boardwalk or stroll down the white sandy beach located directly outside the main building.

This open and modern one bedroom and one full bath beachfront condominium is beautifully decorated to give you the feel of a beach resort. Our unit faces the community pool with a slight view of the ocean from the bedroom. Open floor plan, very spacious with lots of sunshine and views of the pool from the living room, ocean views and beach waves sounds from the bedroom. Window AC cooling unit which provides cooling throughout the unit with the added use of the ceiling and portable fans. Just open the window and listen to the waves, the surf and enjoy the cool ocean breeze throughout the home.

What makes this property unique

Complex is located directly in front of the ocean & boardwalk. It doesn't get any closer than this. Very private and quiet located on the second floor. We love waking up in the morning to the sounds of the waves from the ocean drifting in through the bedroom window.
