We came for the Eugene Marathon and 5 K walk. Very close to college, great value. Great bed, very comfortable. Good shower, all the TV's worked. Everything in the kitchen worked. Would stay again. thank you.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay here and cannot recommend this property enough. The home was exactly as described, spotless, and clearly maintained with a lot of care and attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, everything felt comfortable, welcoming, and very thoughtfully prepared. What really made this stay special, though, was the host. Our travel day ended up being a bit hectic, and they were incredibly gracious and flexible with our check-in timing. That level of kindness and understanding made the whole trip so much easier and honestly stood out as some of the best hospitality we’ve experienced. It’s very clear the host takes pride in creating a great experience for guests. Everything about the stay—from communication to cleanliness to overall comfort—was excellent. We travel fairly often and stay in vacation rentals regularly, and this was truly one of the most pleasant experiences we’ve had. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-cared-for place with a genuinely thoughtful host.
It was a great little spot. The location was just what we needed. Close enough to visit family but far enough away to have some piece and quite when needed. My mom and I would definitely stay again.
Checked out early. Raw leaking turkey in refrigerator. Stained pillows and pillow-top on mattress.Beware of superlatives. Had booked for 4 nights. But-had to check out as I was sick next morning due to ? smoke or cat dander or who knows. Over rated superlatives and lavish descriptions.Booked for 4 nights in November- only could stand to be there for one night. Doesn't deserve one star. Not a lakefront! Not 2 bedrooms-only 2 rooms.

I enjoyed the space overall, having access to a hot tub and spa were great, lots of outdoor privacy. a few things could have been better, as we found several cigarette butts outside or in the sauna. the door to the sauna was having some issues so it would leak out the hot air. we were told there were quiet hours, but at 11pm we could hear someone just outside our bedroom door which was a bit disconcerting. we were about 30 min behind on our ETA and I was surprised to be told about how expensive it is to have the sauna on when we're the ones paying to stay there.
Such a cozy place that was perfect for our short stay in Eugene. The hot tub was right outside our doors which was awesome. Shayla was great about communicating with me and very easy to work with. Would definitely book again!
This property was very clean, cute, and comfortable. Everything was newly remodeled and in great shape. We enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, and outdoor area. The king bed was very comfortable. The kitchenette didn’t have a lot of space or equipment to cook, but our host was able to provide all we needed. Shayla was very accommodating and helpful. We’ll be back if we ever stay in Eugene again!
When we pulled up the drive, it was a bit sketchy, but ended up being pleasantly surprised by the inside. Tastefully decorated and has all you need for a quick stay. I don’t recall the listing saying no stove, but there isn’t one. There is a camp stove on top of the washer that worked fine.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was very clean and well kept, with a comfortable main bed and a nicely updated bathroom. The outdoor area was a great bonus, and the neighborhood itself was nice and quiet. The unit had good amenities overall. Just a couple of things to note: the second sleeping option is a Murphy bed, and when it’s pulled down it takes up the entire living room area. Our check-in process also had a few bumps. The WiFi instructions and door code were incorrectly listed on the check in page and the parking information on the check-in page was also incorrect. We were asked to arrive an hour later than the listed check-in time at the last minute. The owner was somewhat responsive but this still delayed our getting in by about 30 mins (plus the added hour later check in they requested). That said, once we got settled in, everything was smooth, and we found the space comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, a nice, clean spot with great amenities in a quiet area. We would stay here again.

This was a frustrating experience. I arrived at the property and was unable to access the home due to the VRBO app not populating the correct door code (even though the host had updated the code several hours before). I tried messaging the host asking for help, but did not hear anything for over an hour. When I then told them I was requesting a refund they immediately responded saying I should have stayed and knocked on the house door. (I was not aware they resided on the property). The host immediately declined to refund me, but eventually offered to split the cost since this was VRBO's mistake. I would contest that the issue could have been avoided if the host had been responsive when I messaged them asking for help.
This tiny space had all the amenities needed for comfy relaxing stay. My husband and I enjoyed 3 days here. The weather we had during our stay wasn't as great, it was cloudy and light showers. The sauna was perfect way to begin and end our days during our stay. We did not need to contact owner as the directions were pretty clear on how to get there, where to park, the amenities available.
You do get to cook in here with a hot plate, however the location of the hot plate ( on top of washer) was a bit odd. Luckily for me I'm tall so cooking eggs for breakfast was no problem. I would not cook anything elaborate other than eggs or maybe bacon. It was the right amount of amenities and comfortless to enjoy our stay.
Thank you for a lovely weekend at your tiny but wonderful and clean space.

Not the Spa Like feel I was expecting
We got to the main house at about 4:45, it looked abandoned, overgrown trees, trash and a super rough looking RV that someone was living in. We went around the back to the outdoor area of the VRBO space and there was a guy smoking. We let him know who we were and he said he wasnt ready for us and to give him a few minutes. We waited by our car on the street for about 10 minutes. Once in, he said he would bring over fresh towels when they were dry. When he brought them over they smelled like cigarettes. The whole space smelled like a cat litter box and cigarette smoke, which was off putting to say the least. There was someones left over spaghetti and other left over food items in the fridge. The listing says 2 bedrooms, it is only a 1 bedroom with a weird murphy cabinet for a second person to sleep. I would not call this a 4 person space. This is a 2 adult and 1 child space at best. We did receive communication from the host with a list of instructions and how to get certain things in the space to work. The "spa" shower had no water pressure and the main knob was clearly in need of repair and not able to be touched. The host claims this was s fancy system that is designed to be that way. My husband looked at it and its just broke. We attempted to use the sauna never got hot, the hot tub was hot and the king bed was comfortable. The air unit in the bedroom is not a cool air system its just a fan so the room does get hot. Sadly, we would not stay here again.
We had to cancel due to Covid and Vrbo shows on my end the trip
Was cancelled but not on the homeowners side so maybe they need to figure their stuff out
Very cute place. The door leading from the main house to the back bedroom was a little creepy. Feels like it should have had a lock on it from our side too.
