Modern 3 bedroom, 3 en suites, dog friendly loft in McKinley
Sailview Loft is a picturesque cottage enclave on the shores of Okanagan Lake where you are sure to enjoy both the outdoor and indoor amenities. Brand new, modern and contemporary, located in the established neighbourhood of McKinley Landing, you will be less than 5 minutes away from the beach.
The loft boasts 3 bedrooms with 9 foot ceilings, each with its own private en suite bathroom with heated floors, european wardrobes, queen size beds and 4K TV sets. The master bedroom connects to a covered deck for those romantic evenings where you can sit back, relax, and enjoy absolute peace and quiet. The top floor has a balcony with a BBQ.
This gorgeous property comes with a fully equipped kitchen with quartz counter tops, induction stove, full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, pots, pans, plates, utensils as well as a coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker and French press - so you are able to cook to your hearts content and enjoy coffee just like you would at home.
Dine and relax in the living room, which is open to the kitchen, with its 14 foot ceiling with a wall made of glass in order to fully enjoy the natural light and views of the lake and mountains surrounding you. Furnished with a table, chairs, 4 bar stools, and another flat screen TV, there’s plenty of space to enjoy a night in. For any laundry needs during your stay there is an in unit full size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.
We have intentionally built this house knowing it was going to be a vacation home, so all the walls are sound proofed and the doors are solid core, the flooring on the main floor is tiled and the lower level is stained concrete in order to keep the place extremely clean.
The house is located only 100 meters from the lake, at the end of a dead end street with ample parking for your car and boat. Very low traffic area, so you can fully relax away from the hustle and bustle of city life while being a mere 20 minutes away from downtown Kelowna.
Just a five minute walk from the house will get you to one of the nicest beach parks on Okanagan lake, where you can easily find your private paradise.
Being dog lovers, we accept pets, but they will have to be approved before booking. If you happen to bring a furry friend, this is every dog’s heaven: miles of hiking trails, a dog friendly beach and just a quick 5 minute drive to the biggest dog park in Kelowna.

'Seeing is believing '.A few years ago our friends invited us for a sail around McKinley Landing area and we simply felt in love with the beautiful Doodney Rd Beach Park. Few months later when walking down to our sailboat, I noticed a building lot for sale. Someone had bought it 30 years ago and never did anything to it when everything else grew around, the houses and the trees. As soon as we closed the deal the planning and building have started and here we are, fulfilling our life time dream that we would like to share with our guests.
