The Pub Suite is a spacious but cozy room with private entrance, full private shower, gas fireplace ( non-functioning summer months) Pool ( Not Heated) , large deck.
cell service is poor.
wifi is fine.
A great place whether you’re visiting the area for an event ~ NHMS or Concerts @ the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion or business, quiet environment to decompress we have you covered are The Pub Suite
We’re conveniently located of Ext 16 > US I-93 in a quiet residential neighborhood less than 3 miles from downtown Concord
11 Randolph Rd.
Our home is good for singles, couple, and business traveler.
Close to NH International Speedway,Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion, Lake Winnipesaukee & ski resorts.

Amazing apartment and location

We were in town for a Shriners convention and found this rental and loved it. Gary was very accommodating and helped us check in and showed us around. The pool was a very nice bonus on the hot days! Was the perfect little place for a weekend getaway!

Great stay

My sister and I stayed at Gary's studio while visiting our dad in Boscawen. The unit is just as pictured. Gary was very responsive when we needed to contact him to get the wifi password etc. We would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

Great Location For Summer Stay in August in NH

Want give a shoutout to Gary who was very accommodating for a short notice change in our reservation. We originally had 2 weeks reserved but 2 weeks before my wife broke her wrists. Gary allowed us to change to 1 week. Highly recommend.

Great Stay

My fiance & I enjoyed our stay. Gary went above and beyond to make our stay so great. We loved the quiet time and relaxed. The only thing we had a hard time with was our cell service, very spotty. Which in the end wasn't a bad thing at all. We spend too much time on our phones daily. This was a reminder to us that there is so much more to do than be on them. It is mentioned however in his ad. The neighborhood is nice and also very quiet. The location is perfect. We will definitely be back. Hope you too enjoy your stay!

Private quiet location

The location was in a quiet, private neighborhood and exactly as advertised. Gary was an excellent host and accommodated my early check in and late check out requests. I’m an overnight traveling healthcare worker needing to sleep during the day and the room stayed dark (which was very nice) and the bed was comfortable. The only reason why I’m giving it 4 stars is because I found hairs in the shower from previous use. There was a very overwhelming musty smell in the room that caused me a headache. The smell was so strong that after day 3, I could smell it on my jacket. I did buy air freshener my first day, which definitely helped, but with it being a basement “apartment,” there wasn’t any windows to open to allow ventilation. Overall, the place is exactly as advertised, including the poor cell service.

Basement in Concord was good

Not everyone likes basements but I am fine with it despite being from Texas. Visiting my brother for a few days in November 2024 and this place north of downtown Concord worked out OK. The apartment is just as Gary has pictured but it doesn't tell you the complete story but no alarms. Tough to convey that the small shower is indeed small so don't envision any group activities there. The king bed is really big and like many beds that are used predominantly on one side shows where the majority of people sleep. The other side of the bed with no nightstand (luggage rack) is firmer. Frankly, I can't imagine flipping this mattress. Bedtime reading lights are bit difficult but manageable and all in all a good stay. I did not use the deck or pool as it was quite chilly. Lastly, communications with Gary was perfect.
