About this property

Bikes and Yolo boards! 3 BR, 2 Living Rooms! Steps to BEACH! Steps to BAY!

We are located on the most narrow spot on the island, so literally water on both sides! We are a 3 bed, 2 1/2 bath, 2 living rooms on Little Sabine Bay with a common green grass yard and private docks, perfect for swimming and relaxing! It is so beautiful and private. This is strictly for 8 people. Right across the street is the beautiful gulf, 90 steps from our place. Our beach spot is mostly private! So peaceful! Sitting on our balcony with a glass of wine at night is truly magical, so private, tranquil and relaxing. Our place has 2 living rooms, one on the bayside and one near the kitchen. So Nice! The master has 2 queen beds along with its private bath, double sinks, tub/shower. The other 2 bedrooms each have a queen and a twin bed in the room. We are located on the most perfect spot on the beach, so easy to get to so many great restaurants. The walk/bike path is right outside our door and it's so wonderful to run, walk, bike to so many places.

Wonderful home with great amenities like bikes, paddle boards, chairs, etc. Close to the beach and a short walk to town! The host was very communicative and helpful. I left items there by accident and they were able to help me get those back, too! 10/10 would recommend!

A really nice and clean beach house, with plenty of room for our family of 6. Great location, with the bay, beach and restaurants all within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Spot for the family

Perfect stay for the family. Plenty of beds for everyone to pick, two living areas one large tv down stairs and one upstairs. Covered carport to get ready for a 2 minute walk to the beach boardwalk. Would stay again for sure

This townhouse was just a short walk to the beach and had everything we needed, even beach chairs. The owner was very helpful and provided lots of detailed information. Plenty of comfortable beds and furniture. We would definitely stay again!

Location. Location , Location

Place was as described and as it looks in the pictures. Location is absolutely gorgeous. Right on the bay. We saw stingrays, mullets, dolphin. Fed the heron. My son caught croakers and my husband caught blue crab. There are tons of chairs, floats, sand toys provided. Plus bikes snd paddle boards too.. It isn't far from ft pickens which has a gorgeous beach. Across from condo is the beach also, but it was bit busier then ft pickens. We enjoyed our stay!!

The home is beautiful and clean. The location is perfect - you can walk or bike everywhere on the beach except Fort Pickens. Do not hesitate to book this home, it is awesome and you will not be disappointed.

My sisters and I had a girls weekend planned and the condo was perfect for our stay. It had everything as promised, was clean, and well located. The view is great and even though it was cold and we didn’t use the paddle boards and bikes, it was nice that they are offered. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location! Steps from bay and just a short walk acroas street to Pensacola Beach. Kitchen floor needs work and steak knives would be a plus. Sliding door tough to close. Beds and pillows were super comfortable and bikes and paddle boards a huge plus! Would definitely come back.

This property is exactly as described. Our boys (14 and 15) loved the bikes, paddleboard and bay side for fishing. We brought our own fishing equipment. They had enough beach chairs for an army, LOL Cant wait to go back. Wentzville, Mo

There's nothing like Pensacola an island and you see water all the time everywhere you go! It's so beautiful and we have been coming here for 60 years. Beautiful white sugar sand and the beautiful water to match. We love our spot on this wonderful island!

What makes this property unique

We get the benefits of the beautiful gulf right across the street but we also enjoy the quiet water on Little Sabine Bay where you have more privacy and opportunity to enjoy paddle boarding and swimming in the calm bay. Love our sunsets and views!
