State of the art kitchen with all top of the line stainless appliances, Large Dining Room and breakfast room, Den, Gameroom with pool table, and Media Room. 6 large LCD TV's. 6 bedrooms, 4 baths, Outdoor kitchen and pool with pebbletech finishing. There is a nearby park with hiking trails and the home is not far from Lake Arlington. We are just a few block from I-20 for easy access to Fort Worth, TCU, AT& T Stadium, Six Flaggs, and Globe Life Park, and Arlington Highlands shopping.

Great vacation house

We were there for a gymnastics meet and the house was perfect for our group. Owner gave us a detail walk thru of the house when we got there and was very responsive of any issues that came up during our stay. Highly recommend staying here if you are to visit Texas.

1st Stay in Dallas

There were 10 of us visiting to see the Cowboys Thanksgiving Game. The house was absolutely fabulous and roomy enough to accommodate everyone. Bruce was a wonderful host making sure we had everything we needed. Would certainly visit again

Great spot with access to Dallas and Fort Worth

Our family stayed here for the weekend - went to Billy bobs and the stockyards one night and to the cowboys/lions game at AT&T stadium the next night - an awesome location with room for all of us. Very clean- the media room was a bonus and the kitchen was well appointed. Highly recommend!!

We arrived on the same day we booked our stay we discussed with Bruce and he made sure our check in so much easier and cordial this place is awesome clean and so comfortable all of our family was really pleased . we highly recommend a stay Bruce’s place and we will use again and again .

Family Trip

This property was perfect for our graduation home base. Plenty of room for all of us. We made use of the pool and the backyard. The home had almost everything we needed. Bruce was very easy to contact and was helpful as well.

Rest, Relaxation and Rejuvenation

My Framily and I enjoyed our time at this property and the communication with the host throughout the booking process and duration of our stay was amazing and greatly appreciated. The host was responsive to all questions and attended to our requests/any issues that arised during our stay. The home is very spacious and allowed everyone space to themselves and worked well for group activities as well. We had a great time enjoying all the amenities and felt very comfortable in this home. Go Cowboys!

Nice big house with plenty of room to stretch out. It is a little farther away to some things than we hoped but very easy to jump on the interstate to get where you want to go. I would say if you are planning a large group meal, bring your own crockpots or pans. There wasn’t a lot of big meal cooking stuff. Had a great time!

I am a frequent traveler, and I’ve stayed at many VRBO‘s. This is one of the best I have stayed at! Bruce is an incredible host, he was easy to connect with, and very accommodating. The house itself is in a quiet subdivision. It was so spacious That I never felt like the 11 of us were cramped. The bedrooms are well appointed and very spacious. We loved splashing in the outdoor pool in the evenings and using the pool table and movie room during the day when it was too hot to go outside. We had several family meals and found the kitchen and dining spaces large enough for multiple “cooks” in the kitchen. The extras -like the high chair and pool toys and extra bedding were a plus. I also appreciated that there were extra amenities like toilet paper and dish detergent and trash bags. A lot of places just give you a starter kit and then you have to take time away from your vacation to go grocery shopping for toilet paper and Kleenex. Thanks Bruce for not making me go to the grocery store! Definitely would recommend this property for your large family gathering.
