"Blues Traveler" Located in coveted Chelsea Loop in charming Summer's Edge community, steps from the beach access and next door to community pool, with a second pool close by. Recently renovated three story home with luxury upgrades, private master, open floor plan, five porches, ocean views, upscale kitchen, large community farm table, new grill, outdoor shower, courtesy wifi, bunks. Steps to beach and short walk to Eastern lake (enjoy the best of both).

As you enter the home on the first level you'll find the two Guest Bedrooms, full bath, bunk beds and and the laundry room.

The second floor is the gathering center for family with a spacious and open living room and balcony with a dining table that seats 4. The kitchen area features a gourmet KitchenAid Stove and all the utensils you would expect to find in your home. There's also a little balcony off the kitchen with a grill for guests to use. The dining area seats 6 at the table and 2 at the convenient breakfast bar. The Gourmet kitchen will make you take a step back with it's custom glass cabinetry, under cabinet lighting, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and everything you'll need to create imaginative coastal culinary magic. This level also features a half bath for guests.

The Master Bedroom oasis occupies the entire 3rd level and offer the ultimate in privacy. Windows on every wall, a private balcony with Gulf views, separate sitting area and en suite Master Bath will have you feeling like royalty. This Master Bath features unique decor like pickled wood on the vanity, frosted glass walk in show and a claw foot tub.

The Beach Access is just a short walk away and it's less than a five minute walk to the beach from the condo.

One of the BEST things about this home is that the community pool is located RIGHT NEXT DOOR to this house, so it's almost like having your own pool! The community offers two pools for guests to use with the other pool just being a short stroll away.

The Summer's Edge/Chelsea Loop Community is located in Seagrove Beach on the SOUTH SIDE of 30-A. It's centrally located between Seaside and Watersound with many great restaurants nearby including The Perfect Pig and Old Florida Fish House.

Walking distance to the beach

Wonderful home that provided chairs, umbrellas, floats and a beach wagon. Highly recommend for a relaxing weekend. Handful of restaurants / coffee shops in the area that are walking distance or under a mile.

This house exceeded our expectations! It is immaculately kept & beautifully decorated & furnished. It is a 1-minute walk to the beach access. The layout is perfect- 1st floor has 2 large bedrooms, bathroom, bunk area in hallway & laundry. 2nd floor is common spaces (kitchen & living room). 3rd floor is entire master with ocean views from the balcony. The pool next door was an added perk and did not cause any noise distractions. For our family with teenagers, it was perfect! Don’t hesitate booking this property, it is even better than you think!

fun for the girls

loved this home and location. 2 n'hood pools kept us entertained when needing a break from the beach. the beach chairs and wagon were super helpful as we only needed to rent umbrellas @the beach. love that there was a thermostat for each level. kitchen was well stocked. quiet cute neighborhood in a convenient location.

Peaceful Hideway

The manager was attentive and helpful. The location is great. You are away from the center of town, but just a short bike ride away. The bikes were a great treat--just remember to lock them. The beach near the house is great for families, and again, away from the center so you don't have to deal with all the teenagers.

Heather, our host, was great to work with. She did a fantastic job communicating. We had two minor occasions we needed to contact her. She cheerfully answered the phone each time. She paid immediate attention to our needs. The house was lovely. We had a great vacation!!

Great location

We had such a great time at this house!! The location was fantastic! Being right next to the pool made it feel like it was in your backyard. And the beach was super close! I highly recommend renting beach chairs so you have a great view and a reserved spot every day. The house was very clean and had a great layout. However, my parents stayed in one of the beds downstairs and said it was very uncomfortable and slanted into the middle. The primary room bed was very comfortable though. We had a problem with a leak in the ceiling due to an overfilled HVAC pan in the closet upstairs, but Heather was very quick to respond and had someone there immediately to fix it. Overall it was a wonderful stay!

Great stay on 30A

The pictures of this property do not do justice! It is perfect! We had 7 — 3 small kids + grandparents and there was plenty of space for everyone. The pool being next door was a great thing for us to not have a long walk and the beach was so close/convenient. Only negative and it is nothing to do with the house or the rental but rather the FL code. The beach is sectioned off and the area allotted for public access was small and the chair rentals took up the entire water access so we had to walk between chairs to go to the ocean. We would stay again!

Enjoyed staying in this house. The location was great. The walk to the beach was really close and the pool was even closer (in the backyard). If I had to give a negative about this House was the walking up & down the stairs. It was challenging when you’d forget something or the initial bringing your luggage up the stairs. We also had a 15 month old that wanted to climb the stairs. We brought gates to block off the stairs which worked out great. We brought our own beach chairs and a wagon. We also used their wagon which came in handy when you have 5 adults and a baby to bring stuff to the beach. The grill worked great -we love to grill! Thanks for letting us use your house!!!

Lovely Stay

My family stayed here with some friends. It was so nice being close to the beach with toddlers and an infant. The walk takes less than 5 minutes and the pool is right next door. The pool turned out to be one of our favorite things for the little ones. The house has all the beach toys and gear you need. The beach does not allow tents and this was not mentioned in the listing, which was disappointing at first. You can use your own umbrella but I recommend renting one on the beach. There is a company set up right at the beach entrance - they were really friendly. If you don’t rent an umbrella from that company, you’ll have to set up 1-2 rows behind them or walk down the beach a little bit. The house was clean and had plenty of space for our group - except for the kitchen. It can get a bit tight. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes in walking distance. We loved our stay here.

Lovely Stay

Property was very clean! Communication and check in was easy. The house was perfect for our family of 6. 2 adults with 3 teenagers and one small child. Proximity to the beach was nice, only a short walk and you were there! We didn’t mind being next to the pool. It was never crowded or loud. House was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We will be happy to stay here again.

The perfect family destination beach house

This house looks and feels even better than the pictures. The location is unbeatable - steps away from the beach and it is true, it feels like having your own pool next door. Very short drive to great restaurants and shopping. Heather was fantastic, quick and responsive. The house was well appointed and felt cozy, luxurious and safe for young children. We will be back!

The owners purchased this property in 2016 and fell in love with Summer's Edge community, but most importantly, this house on Chelsea Loop because of it's proximity to the private pool and beach. They loved the decor and updates in this house and the balconies to enjoy sunset and eating dinner outside on the balcony.
