Captains Quarters is located in the scenic Shelter Cove Marina area of Palmetto Dunes. These units are walking distance to many shops, restaurants and the Harbor at Shelter Cove. The complex has a large sunny pool overlooking the marsh and Broad Creek.

This beautiful fourth floor unit has spectacular water views and convenient elevator access. As you enter this fourth-floor condo you are greeted with floor to ceiling windows highlighting the amazing views of Broad Creek! The windows not only offer the views but tons of light. The cozy living room has a couch, 2 swivel chairs, open plan dining room seating 6. Overlooking the dining room is the kitchen, featuring granite counter tops, double oven, and of course the water views. The first bedroom is on the first floor and has a king bed, TV, and shares the hall bathroom with a shower/ tub combo. 15 steps up a spiral staircase leads you to the master bedroom. This bedroom features a king bed, TV, double vanity, large walk-in shower and a Jacuzzi tub that overlooks the water.

Shelter Cove Marina is only a couple of minute walk from the condo, with shops and restaurants as well as all of the island festivals only a short walk away. Watch the tide roll in, dolphins jumping, and sail boats come in and out of the marina from this fabulous vacation home!

Nice quiet place to stay.

Great veiws of Shelter Cove from the living room. It's very close to groceries and many great restaurants. Only complaint is that the couch was unforgettable and very low to sit in, otherwise great experience and great place to stay. Would definitely book again.

Everything was perfect and the convenience of having many different activities and restaurants and shopping that you can walk too is perfect. We are golfers, and are never disappointed with our stay in Shelter Cove. Our condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed.

Location and view couldn’t have been better. My husband and I have been coming to HHI for several years and this was our first time staying at this condo. Compared to others that we have stayed, this one could use some updates to the bathrooms and furniture and the cleanliness could have been better. With all the choices available, we will probably skip over this one in the future.

Location was excellent! Easy access to restaurants, beaches and water sports. The unit was nice but could really use some new living room furniture. What they have is old with no cushion. Needs a good cleaning also.

We had an excellent time! Everything at your fingertips! Golf, swimming, water sports, eating. This is a loving home and we were so comfortable. The staff at Island Getaway are awesome and so accommodating. Thank you! We had a great long overdue vacation. Not one bad day.

What a fabulous place to stay! We have stayed at numerous places in Shelter Cove & Palmetto Dunes, including Captains Quarters, The Moorings, and even Disney and this is by far the best! Let’s start with the view...from the moment we walked through the door we had an amazing view of Broad Creek and all its happenings, especially the wildlife! This wonderfully equipped kitchen has everything you could ask for. Master bedroom that can be reached by a spiral staircase, has a bed so comfortable you won’t want to leave it! Second bedroom is located just inside the front door with a bed just as comfortable as the master. The location is perfect, close to literally everything. The beach is a short drive (5 minutes or so) with a “must stop” at Palmetto Dunes General Store for breakfast and on most days a quick lunch! This is certainly our home away from home! Thank you! We will definitely be back!

Very disappointed. The condo was not clean and was re-cleaned once we reported to agent. Still not done well. Also carpet is very tired/ dirty along with some other features like pillows on couch. The kitchen is nice but the cooking equipment is not, even a challenge to cook an egg. Oh well, will most likely not return
