About this property

Amazing views, 5 minutes from downtown or the beach, quiet area of town

Renovations completed. We are excited to show off our new old casa! Part of Casa Ventana al Cielo, La Estrella consists of 1 bedroom and 1 1/2 baths that is on the top floor of our Casa. The unit is a spacious 750 Sq. Ft., with a large open living area and Lanai style doors that open out onto your private terrace. From the terrace you overlook the beautiful bay, pool, gardens as well as the jungle. The unit has a large air conditioned master suite, a custom king size bed with high thread count sheets and a safe. There is a full bath off the bedroom with pebble flooring in the shower. The living area has a fully equipped kitchen, full size refrigerator, gas stove and oven as well as all pots, pans and utensils necessary to stay in and cook your entire vacation. There is dining table and couch in the living area as well as seating and dining on the terrace. The comfortable living area also has a half bath attached. We are located on the quiet North side on the newly completed Calle Coral which dead ends into the Pacific. It is a short walk to the center of town, restaurants and markets. The beach is a 5 minute walk down our street.

The views from the house were breath taking. We were met upon on our arrival and greeted. The apartment was clean and perfect for our needs. The pool was refreshing and the area was quiet, with just a short walk to restaurants, shopping and the beach.

Wow, we loved this place!

This was the perfect place to stay for our trip to Sayulita. Well located near the beach and walking distance to town, but not in the direct center, so it was quiet and calm. Great porch overlooking the town and ocean, lovely pool, confortable bedroom with AC. It had everything we needed and would stay here again! The property manager was helpful and responsive too!

Lovely property! Great views and beautiful pool for a refreshing dip. Definitely hi up on a hill - really glad we had the golf cart. The casa manager was great and helped us out with everything we needed.

Perfect place in Sayulita!

Loved this cute little casita! We are frequent travelers to Sayulita and we loved this place. Great view of the ocean, perfect walk to town (you’ll get your steps in but and easy walk to town), and comfy bed. All great elements to a great vacation. Antonieta was really helpful, met us at the house and was accommodating and responsive. I highly recommend this place!!

1st Trip to Sayulita

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Sayulita. The views from our unit were possibly the best we have had in our many Mexico Vacations. The condo is very comfortable, well equipped with everything you would need. There are about 67 steps from the parking area up to our front door but really an easy climb. The golf Cart was great to have although it can be somewhat challenging to find a place to park it in the town during busiest times of the day. North side beach is just a couple blocks away and not crowed at all. Raiz Cooking Class was a highlight for us. We will definitely come back for another class and highly recommend visitors to check it out. Leaving today with lots of good memories.

Please, please stay here if you ever come to Sayulita. It’s a beautiful apartment with a great AC in the bedroom, two roomy bathroom areas, a safe to store away your valuables, refrigerator, they provide towels, and even boogie boards. The balcony and on site pool add another touch of sanctuary too. Everything is walking distance, but we rented the golf carts for transportation and we safely parked them on the driveway on the property. The only ‘cons’ (if there were any) is no T.V and the hills and stairs to walk up! But it’s not that bad, trust me. Great Wi-Fi which I used for my laptop that I brought. Also, there’s a rooftop where my fiancé and I got engaged! A very romantic stay that we already decided we’re coming back to. You won’t regret it. The on-site manager and the owners are absolutely great communicators and very sweet, accommodating people.

Casita With A View!

Casa Ventana a Cielo is a very comfortable, well appointed choice for a stay in Sayulita. We had no complaints and our friends were so impressed by it they put up a tour of the casita on Facebook. It is a charming property with a great view of the bay!

Amazing experience!

My boyfriend and I HIGHLY recommend Casa Ventana al Cielo! We had a wonderful time staying here. Awesome views, beautiful sunset from the rooftop. Wouldn’t change a thing about this place. Antonieta made sure we had everything we needed. We will be definitely be back!

Wonderful stay

We stayed from Jan 20th till Feb 17th 2019. We enjoyed every day of our stay. We stayed in the one bedroom upper suite and it was perfect for us. We spent a lot of time on the large veranda with a great view. The location is close to the beach and to shopping, mind you the climb up the hill wasn’t my favourite, but it really isn’t that long of a climb and I did get use to it. The owners and the caretaker were wonderful to deal with and we had no problem issues at all, it was a great month and we’re really hoping to go back.🙂

We were completly satisfied with our stay.! The view was great. Loved opening the large doors to the patio in the mornings. Upon arrival we were greeted right away by the representative and didnt have a care in the world for our entire stay. The place was clean and rustic modern. There is a adjoining similar apartment and a largen one below. They supply beach chairs, bag, umbrella, and many other extras. Sayulita is a quaint yet growing smaller town that we felt was nice for the entire family. Only factor to consider is the steep hill to walk up to get to property. If you not prepared for a steep hill then golf cart rental is suggested.

Been coming to Sayulita about 20 years, never thought we would be so lucky to own a place in this charming pueblo, but here we are offering it to you as well. Ricky is retired from the tech world and currently plays golf, remodels homes and practices Haidong Gumdo, (Korean Sword Art) Kerry is a Martial Arts instructor (Haidong Gumdo and Tae Kwan Do) and is a potter and Property Manager. We reside in McKinney TX with our 3 dogs in a 1870's home.

There are no better views of the city, ocean and mountains elsewhere in Sayulita. You are within minutes to all markets, restaurants, beaches and bars. All our units within the villa are quiet with private secured entrances. Our apartments are large, fully equipped with AC in all bedrooms.
