It has central climate and ceiling fans in every room. The complex has only 36 units clustered within the private 10,000 square feet courtyard surrounding a beautiful swimming pool, shaded palapa and wifi. Luna Maya Condo

Great location. One block from the playa. Two blocks from Quinta Avenida. One drawback, very noisy. Beach club blasts music til 2am and there is building construction at numerous locations. Plus there are some other renters that are loud and inconsiderate. Voices amplify throughout the complex.
