Centrally located in the Virginia Beach Oceanfront District, this 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom condo is a great vacation spot! The location is close to everything. Walking distance to shopping, grocery store (right behind the building), restaurants, attractions, & only 1.5 blocks from the BEACH and the Boardwalk!

The property is fully furnished with updated furniture, bedding, and kitchen appliances. In-unit laundry & outdoor balcony are just a few of the added amenities. The building has a large pool, barbecue area, and offers a secure entrance which can only be accessed through a security code. It also has on-site, permitted parking! (2 spaces)

Really great little place! Restaurants and beach within easy walk, clean, comfortably furnished. Good communication with the owner, instructions very clear. We prefer a simply decorated space with focus on comfort of guests and this delivered! Bookshelf in the living room with games and books was a nice touch. Only complaint is they need a tea pot!

Perfect family beach vacation spot!

Kevin’s place was perfect for our family! We traveled to the area for our daughter’s dance competition but we also had some time to enjoy the beach too which was great! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Place in a Great Location

Very convenient to everything. We were there in the winter, but if you wanted to go to the beach, very accessible. Place was very comfortable. Good restaurants in easy walking distance.

Visited for Neptune Festival

We were very impressed with this property. It had ample parking. Handicap access ramp. The unit was clean and ready for our stay. It was a quick walk to the boardwalk and centrally located with shopping and places to eat close by. We would definately rent this property again if we visit here in the future.

Great visit

First visit to VA Beach and we were very pleased with the property and the area. Was quiet and private, even on the ground floor. Kid friendly with beach toys, booster seat, books and games. Building lobby had a funky smell and kitchen was tight with minimal storage, but did the trick for a few days!!

Great Beach Trip!

Kevin's place was the perfect location to enjoy Virginia Beach. It was 2 blocks away, making it quiet for relaxing, but close enough to walk over to the beach very easily. Everything was as advertised and it was very clean. There were plenty of kitchen items to make cooking possible and lots of games and toys for the kids to play with. I'd stay here again if in the area.

Property was great for our family and so close to the beach & boardwalk! It was clean, has offstreet parking for multiple cars, and the inside is nicely updated. There are so many things within walking distance, including the grocery store right across the street. We will be back!

Excellent stay

We love our stay in Virginia Beach. The condo is just perfect for our family. Kevin and Stacie our excellent host. They promptly respond to messages and even incentivize returning customers.The condo is convenient to lots of locations and is always clean and the perfect size for our family. This was our second stay, and we will be returning many more times. We were in Virginia Beach for a wrestling tournament.
