Located In Wildwood Crest. This house is just one, short block from the Sunset Lake and 3 blocks from the free beach. This 3 bedrooms sleep 8 people and a pull out couch sleeps an additional 2 extra guest. In master bedroom is a king size bed(sleeps 2). The second bedroom has 2 twin beds(sleeps (2)and the third as a full bed(sleeps 2). The 3 season room has a pull out queen bed(sleeps 2). 2 full bathrooms with walk-in showers one with washer and dryer in it for your use. The open kitchen/living room floor plan is great for cooking and entertaining. the large entertainment room located in the rear of the house is relaxing with the family after a day at the beach and turns into a bedroom at night. New appliances 2018 ( the dishwasher is older but does work)The is grate room in the front the house to grab a book and relax. Relax on the front deck and take in the calmness that Wildwood Crest in known for, or maybe sit in back patio under the umbrella while cooking on the grill. Back yard is fenced in for children and pets (pets with permission from owner.) please pick up after pets.

Great ,Affordable , Spacious House I’m the Crest

The Pictures do not show the true story It’s much bigger and very Spacious The Owner Nicole was great and very accommodating. She is In the Process of Updating and Changing the Pictures. Definitely rent again!!

Plenty of space to have a comfortable visit

This house was bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside. My family of 6 people and 4 pets had plenty of space to move around with room to spare. The landlady Nicole was very communicative and responsive. We had a pleasant visit with no major issues at all. We would recommend this shore house for future stays.

Great location and super roomy!!

My husband, son and two pups rented this cute and comfortable beach home. It was perfect location. The neighborhood was quiet, one short block from Sunset Lake and two short blocks from the beach. It even had a fenced in backyard… What a gift for the pups!! Nicole was an amazing host. She was super friendly and accommodating. I would definitely rent from her again. Thank you for a stress-free vacation.

Take Pictures

When you arrive, take pictures documenting the conditions of everything, date and time stamp. When you leave, do the same, take lots of pictures, date and time stamp. Also, check out all of the facilities. When we arrived on Saturday the toilet was slow running, a condition that got increasingly worse so we contacted the homeowner first thing Monday morning. A plumber arrived on Tuesday and found an object had been flushed down the toilet. Clearly from the previous tenant. We were charged for cost and as we had not documented this on our arrival, we had no recourse. We were also told we didn't take the trash, a falsehood but as we had not photographic documentation we, again, had no recourse. An expensive lesson learned.

Wonderful Beach House

This was one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed in Wildwood Crest and we've been coming here for years! The house was in a quiet and convenient location with a very homey feel. We felt right at home upon entering! The fenced in yard and front porch was perfect for our dog. She loved the house! You can't beat the location! It was a very close walk to beach and Sunset Lake. Nicole was a great host! She was very accomodating and very responsive and took that extra step to make sure the house and our visit was perfect! I would most definitely stay here again and would certainly recommend! Thank you Nicole for a wonderful vacation!

This rancher style home is Nestled in the quiet part of Wildwood Crest. All one floor so no annoying guest above you to ruin your vacation, no steps to climb with little ones and luggage in your arms to carry up many flights of stairs. Locked back gate and fenced in yard for The kids to play in or the dog to run around.

What makes this property unique

Natural gas generator for if power goes out no need to sweat, air and lights comes on in seconds of loosing power. It has 2 car parking parking in the driveway so no need to fight street parking. Close enough to walk to restaurants, ice cream shops, miniature golf 1 block from bay or 3 blocks from the beach.
