Our home is in a quiet, safe neighborhood with 750' of shared access on Lake Michigan with a beach, and fire pit; a beautiful porch to relax; large yard; A/C; and comfortable accommodations. Guests have access to the entire home. You will be minutes from downtown Suttons Bay - a hub of beaches, restaurants, wineries, parks, and shops. Traverse City is less than 20 minutes - perfect for summer visitors who don't want to stay in a hotel.

Very Nice Family Home

We had a very nice week with our family at Kevin’s home. There was a pretty beach down the hill that we used often. We appreciated having enough space for 2 families to stay together in one home. We love the Leelanau Peninsula!

The guest was very nice and left our home extremely clean. The AC system is an Ecobee smart thermostat which is very user friendly. We are close by and always available to help if a guest does not understand how to use an appliance or system in the home.

Great location for family reunion

Two families enjoyed a wonderful week in this comfortable and spacious home. Two minute walk to the beach. Short drive to Suttons Bay and Traverse City. Welcoming hosts with prompt communication. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home and location

This home was perfect for our family’s stay in the area. There was room for two small families, with plenty space for cousins to play together. Access to the lake was wonderful, as is the location between TC and Sutton’s Bay. Kevin was very responsive and welcomed us with local treats. We really enjoyed staying here for the week with family!

Wonderful Stay

The property is ideally situated for convenient access to Sutton's Bay, the Leelanau Peninsula and Traverse City. Located in a quiet neighborhood with access to a private beach, we enjoyed relaxing waterfront walks and bike rides. Kids loved the theater room for movie nights. Kevin and Taylor are outstanding hosts - very responsive and made the entire process simple. 5 stars in every respect - you won't be disappointed!

Great Family Home

Staying at Suite Dreams was nothing but wonderful. Kevin and Taylor were excellent hosts, welcoming us with a basket of local treats and even outfitting their playroom with age-friendly toys for my 2 boys (7 and 3). The private beach was also a huge plus and something we used often. It was easy to get to with our family of 3 young kids. We also enjoyed the location being close to all our favorite Up North towns. I would highly recommend Suite Dreams!
