Perfectly located close to restaurants and multiple white-sand beaches, this North Naples retreat has everything you have been looking for.

BEDROOMS
This spacious beach house accommodates 7 people with ample space and can fit more on the large sectional upstairs. The master bedroom boasts a king bed and large, private bathroom and is located on the second floor. There are 2 more bedrooms downstairs including 1 queen bedroom and another bedroom with 2 twin beds. Also downstairs is the pullout sofa that can accommodate 1 more person.

BATHROOMS
The main living area of this home is on the second floor. Here there are 2 bathrooms: 1 bathroom includes a shower and is not attached to a bedroom. The second bathroom includes a jetted bathtub and shower. This is an ensuite to the master bedroom. There is a third bathroom and shower located on the first floor.

KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM
This home features an open-concept floorplan. The fully equipped kitchen, the living room and 6-seater dining table are all in sight of each other. High chairs invite family and friends to sit at the kitchen counter. French doors open up fully to allow for views of the pool and canal. Watch manatees and dolphins cruise on by while you enjoy your coffee in the morning. The living room features a large sectional big enough for the entire family. A large flat screen TV, games, books and other items can help pass time while you are not at the beach or in the pool. The laundry room is located behind the kitchen and is stocked with detergents. A spiral staircase connects the upstairs living area to the downstairs bedrooms and workstation.

THE OUTDOOR SPACE
The exterior of this home is stunning. A huge pool, huge outdoor dining table, kayaks paddleboards, BBQ grill and plenty of lounge chairs and seating are the recipe for a good time no matter what. Feel free to fish or swim right off the dock. The back yard is fully fenced in so feel free to let the pets off the leash.

Great family vacation home

We had a fantastic stay. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and exactly as pictured. The pool was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, and the canal view was beautiful. The location made it easy to get to shops, restaurants, and the beach in just a few minutes. Check-in was simple, and everything worked as it should. Our family had plenty of space to spread out, and we’d happily stay here again.

The ground floor of the house is small, dark and not comfortable. The bathroom on the ground floor was small enough that my daughter and the children had to come and shower upstairs. The deck had a couple of chairs that were in poor shape. The view of the canal and the backyard was nice but the access was not easy. Plants on the deck were dead.

Great location and amenities. House is very comfortable and had more than enough space for our group. Really enjoyed taking the kayaks and paddle board out and having the pool right there. Perfect Family Getaway

We escaped the Minnesota winter to spend a week in the sunshine. The house was great, we enjoyed the pool and loved exploring the canals in the kayaks. Our kids were even able to catch some fish and paddle beside dolphins!
