"Pooh Bear" is the perfect romantic getaway for honeymooners, anniversaries, or getaways. The unique decor of this cabin will excite and intrigue you, as you are greeted from the time you enter by the soothing sounds of easy listening on the stereo. The table is already set and ready for a romantic dinner for two.

Located on Bear Mountain, approximately a 20-minute drive from Pigeon Forge, Splash Country & Dollywood, and 25-30 to Gatlinburg. This cabin has curvy, paved mountain roads and some steep inclines that can be narrow at times. There are also gravel roads that would not be recommended for motorcycles or trailers in any weather. There is parking available for 1 vehicle.

This 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath unit that sleeps 2 has an open floor plan "studio" type cabin that is perfect for spending your time with the one you love. There are 7 steps to reach the cabin. There is a fully equipped kitchen (without a dishwasher), a King size bed, a Living area with love seat, TV, and stereo and a relaxing wood burning fireplace. There is also a full bath with a shower bathtub combination.

The deck offers a relaxing Hot Tub as well as rocking chairs that offer beautiful mountain & wooded views. No matter what time of the year you visit you will enjoy this private and secluded cabin perfect for rekindling or starting up a new flame. You also have a large charcoal grill outside to enjoy a nice dinner under the stars.

Get away weekend

Great stay !

Beautiful cabin in the woods ! Out alittle bit from all the traffic and I loved that . It was very clean and well kept . The hot tube was very clean and relax ! I’ll definitely be back !!!

Comfortable Cabin

Cabin was comfortable, quiet, and secluded. Kitchen has all the basics you need to cook. There’s a very nice fireplace - bring your own firewood and a grill on the porch- bring charcoal and starter. Washer and dryer is a big plus - detergent was provided. Rental office staff were pleasant and helpful. The road to cabin when you turn off main road is a winding 1.5 miles with some steep ups and downs. It’s very narrow as you get closer. We did fine in a Nissan Rogue with good weather. Might be harder without 4 wheel drive if it’s raining or icy.

Cute getaway cabin

We enjoyed our short getaway in this cute little cabin, it was all we needed for a couple of days to escape the world and recharge. Very secluded and quiet yet everything you need from restaurants/ entertainment (Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg) to hiking is in a reasonable distance of 20-30 minutes away. The cabin was very clean, check in and out was easy :) we enjoyed the hot tub after a long hike. The road up there was it’s own little adventure, bring your 4x4 or it might be a problem, especially after strong rainfall. Thank you for NOT offering WIFI, it helped us disconnect from work and all the craziness of the outside world!!

Great weekend getaway
