Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Upon checking out, please LEAVE THE SHEETS ON THE BEDS and start a load of white towels. Empty all trash, empty the refrigerator, and place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the load.
There will be an additional $250 fee if these things are not complete. Thank you for your assistance. This makes checkout run smoothly.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
You must be 25 years old to rent this condo. Each guest is permitted two parking passes only. Pets are not permitted.
Please be considerate of our full-time neighbors. We really like them. Sound carries, especially on the balcony and especially after dark.
Traveler initiated cancellation fee at any time is $250.00.

The rental property was as expected. We enjoyed the balcony to take in the ocean view, especially since the weather did not cooperate during our stay. Great Offseason Stay

Beach Colony Resorts in Perdido Key is a perfect location to watch the Blue Angels practice. We love to walk to Johnson Beach National Seashore for a closer view. Occasionally, they will fly right by the condo in formation at sunset. See the pictures on the website. They were taken from the beach just outside the condo. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay!

The unit was beautiful and clean. Owner left clear instructions and helpful information on things to do and restaurants in the area. The view of the Gulf and the beach was spectacular. Beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of towels and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything one might need to prepare complete meals if so inclined. Would definitely stay here again. Wish we could have stayed forever!

Property was nice, the bed is a little tall or high-up from the floor hard to get into. I did not like a Door ring doorbell, felt like big Brother was watching us all the time. Did not like having to share the pool with the other building. View was great. The twin bed bedroom bed was too close to closet cannot open the closet comfortably.

Dear Johnny, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I agree that the master bed is taller than most, especially for people that are not very tall. We do provide a little step up in the bedroom for the convenience of those that need it. We installed the ring doorbell in the event something happens, but we don't monitor it. There are two large outdoor pools that are shared with all the private guests at the resort. The two tennis courts, work out room, dog walk area, indoor pool, and hot tub are also included as part of the amenities offered to all guests. I agree with your assessment of the bedroom with the double beds. We originally had single beds in that room which is fine for young kids, but not for 3 couples. So, we chose to purchase new full beds with a large dresser and sacrifice the 12 inches in front of the closet. The closet is still accessible, but I can see how it could be tricky to open depending on where you are standing when you open it. I hope you come back to Perdido Key. It is a hidden gem on the Gulf Coast. Warm regards, Cassandra
