Great view, great weekend

Exactly what we needed for a quick trip to the beach with our three teens. The unit was well equipped and the view from the top floor was perfect.

Had a great time!

It was our first time staying in a Condo. The unit had plenty of room for the four of us. We mostly ate out but it was very well stocked for a family that wanted to cook. It was very clean and quiet as well.

Better in the pictures

The condo was sufficient as far as size but looked better in pictures than in person. Only one roll of toilet paper in each room for the stay and not even one extra roll. Also no dish washing soap. Just think this is pretty cheap, considering the cost to stay. The Kuerig sounds like it's on it's last leg. Balcony furniture is uninviting and uncomfortable. The air conditioner works great, but the extra blankets are way too think and scratchy. Wouldn't stay here again, but it might work for some.

Great place only steps from the beach

We visited orange beach for one long weekend. The condo was very clean when we arrived and is located at the top most floor of the building. The building has its own beach access and pools. Also an indoor fitness center, tennis courts and much more. There were two little things that were a little less perfect, however: - on check out day, the policy is that you have to clean the dishes. A more common policy however is that you have to load the dishwasher and the cleaning team will place the dishes back into the cabinets. We would prefer such a policy, as this allows for a later breakfast on check-out day. - The parking lot is a bit small. On the day of our arrival we had to circle the lot for a while until we were able to get a parking spot. Besides those two little things this place is really great, as described and I would absolutely recommend it.

Sun and fun

This was our first trip to Orange Beach and it was fabulous! We took our two kids and they brought friends ranging from 12-16. There was something for all of them to do at this property. They loved the racquetball court, pool and workout facility. The beach was convenient and clean! Our condo was great! It was equipped with everything we needed for the week. We did have to go buy kitchen dish soap and more paper towels and toilet paper. We also wished there more more bath towels for the number of people we had (6). I had to do a load of towels each night to keep up. But having the washer/dryer was great! We will definitely be coming back to stay again!

We really enjoyed the condo and the location. The condo was furnished beautifully and there was plenty of room to live. We never felt cramped. The unit had all the amenities needed to feed the family. If we had any questions the management company was responsive and attentive to our needs. Would stay there again!

Anniversary at the beach

We really enjoyed our stay.the only advice we would have for the condo is to have the sectional cleaned. It was very,very dirty. Other than that it was perfect. Well stocked, all else was clean and spotless. Now for the property. The only draw back was we had 4 different staff members who almost walked in on us at 4 different times. One to inspect the house keepers job, one to spray for bugs, one to fix a door know and house keeping came before checkout on our last day. Other than that the property was wonderful. We would most definetly stay here again.
