Located in the heart of Mantoloking on an Ocean Block and steps away from private access beach with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, outdoor shower and fenced in back yard.

Recently updated in 2022.

First floor offers an updated kitchen, dining area, bathrooms and large family room. Large spaces for family gatherings. Kitchen seating can fit up to 10 people. First floor offers 1 bedroom and 1.5 baths. Second floor offers 3 bedrooms with full bath with tub. There is also a collapsible crib on the 2nd floor. Large open backyard for entertaining with tables, chairs, and direct line gas grill. Outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a great day at the beach.

Additional amenities and features include 10 beach badges, flat screen TVs, WiFi, Roku, washer/dryer, off-street parking (5), A/C, outdoor grill, fenced in back yard, beach chairs, bikes, and games for the family and friends to enjoy!

Charlie's Farm Market & Cafe is right across the street. Short distance to markets, Wawa, Used to Be's Restaurant. A quick ride to both Point Pleasant and Seaside board walks. A list of local restaurants, bars, markets, etc. will be provided.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
-Please leave the home in a clean condition as you found it - If outdoor furniture was moved, please move it back to its original location and close the umbrella
- Turn off all air conditioning units - Strip used beds of bed sheets and pillow cases and leave the linens and bath towels in each room - Return any items in the dishwasher
- Remove any garbage and recycling and place it in the cans on the side of the house - Lock the door and leave the spare key - Make sure all beach badges are accounted for (10 total)

Family friendly beautiful stay

Beautiful beach house with close proximity to private beach. Family friendly with optional crib and baby gates and shed with additional beach chairs. Our family had such a great time and perfect end to summer.

Great stay with friends and our kids

This house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 3 kids (baby and 2 toddlers). The house had plenty of space for us all and the location to the beach was incredible (about 1-2 min walk with all the kiddos and beach stuff). Highly recommend for large family/group of up to 10 people.

Great stay

Great stay at Matt’s spot. Super spacious - very clean - and just a half block walk to Charlie’s market and the beach. Couple block walk to two different bays and a few restaurants. Matt was very responsive to all communication. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful family vacation

Very clean, updated, comfortable and great location at the Jersey Shore. Ticked all our boxes. Quiet beach, walk to shopping. Lovely backyard too! We had a great time and our grandkids loved it!

Great quick beach getaway!

My family and I stayed here for a weekend event. The home was clean and accommodating for our party. The check in process and communication with Matt was seamless. Walking less than 5 mins to the beach access point was perfect for our group to enjoy the serene off season beach. Overall very happy with being able to stay here and all the house provided!

A house that anticipated all our needs!

This was a perfect property for our girls’ weekend for 6. Ample room for all of us to cook and socialize without feeling on top of each other; cozy, comfortable and bright, and so well equipped. The house and its hosts made it easy for us to maximize our time enjoying ourselves without needing to improvise or make many runs for supplies. Proximity to the beach couldn’t be better. Matt made sure we had all the info we needed and was always fast to respond. We hope to return!

Perfect

Our adult family of 6 needed a place to stay in the middle of winter while attending a family event nearby. This property was perfect and the owner Matt was so helpful in making our off season stay perfect. Very clean, spacious, tastefully decorated home with everything we needed. Very close to the private beach (ocean side, not bay side) so that we went even though it was 30 degrees. This must be the perfect summer time rental ! If we find ourselves back in Mantoloking we will definitely stay here!

Great Beach Block Rental

Our extended family of 6 had a wonderful stay! We were comfortable and happy in our beach block rental. The guarded beach was a 5 min walk and was not the least bit crowded. The house came with lots of beach gear (plenty of nice chairs, several umbrellas and toys/boogie boards for the kids). The beach cruiser bikes in the garage were great. The living room was spacious and the dining room was huge. Bathrooms and kitchen were updated. Having new individualized a/c units in each room and extra ceiling fans ensured everyone was comfortable. Highly recommend!

Well appointed, close to the beach, communication with owner was simple….we’d highly recommend the property—we had our family of four with two kids and our parents with us. Conveniently located to lots of the action, but in a quiet neighborhood. Definitely would book again!

Clean, well supplied and well furnished beach house

The rental property was perfect for our extended family. It was clean, beautifully furnished, and well supplied with basics, steps away from the beach. We had no issues with the home, as Matt was responsive and very helpful. One word of caution and the only complaint, which was not under the owner’s control, but has taught me to check out future properties ahead of time and ask specific questions, was the construction directly across the street. The loud noise prohibited any notion of sleeping in for anyone on vacation, as the trucks and banging started a little before 8am each week day. The construction was loud in every room, not just the front rooms. It also prevented morning use of the beautiful outdoor patio since it was extremely loud to sit outside.

My family enjoyed staying at this particular beach house because it was beautifully appointed, had plenty of room for my two children and their children, it was close to the beach and it was easy to communicate with the owner who was very pleasant and accommodating.

Wonderful, fully-equipped beach house

We had a wonderful stay. Communications with the owner were excellent. The house was so well stocked from plenty of towels, a crib, tons of things for the beach, and everything we could need in the kitchen. The fully enclosed backyard was also great for our two young children which made time in the backyard even more relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again.

a great week at the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, it was peaceful and clean. the beach was so close, not crowded/private and there were even lifeguards. The water was cold but the kids didn't care. We spent a lot of time together at the dining room table and on the patio. Had a nice day trip to Point Pleasant boardwalk and Aquarium.

Great beach house for small groups

This home was perfect for our stay! We had a group of eight and loved the large living room at the front of the house and the large dining table off of the kitchen. Even the outdoor seating areas had enough space for everyone. Very quick walk to the beach! Nice to be able to run back for bathroom or lunch. The provided beach chairs were an appreciated bonus. Quick drive to restaurants/activities/grocery store/shops in the area, great location. Home was also very clean. Really couldn't have found a better place for our group. Thanks for your hospitality, Matt!
